Weakness 1: The company could not adapt itself to
the changing needs of the customers.
Weakness 2: Besides this, the company also failed
to adapt to the technological changes that impacted
its overall performance.
Weakness 3: Another weakness is that the company
only focuses on its target market and due to this, it
does not have any knowledge about the needs as
well as preferences of the customers in the market.
Weakness 4: It is way behind when it comes to
online business. This is because the website is poorly
