INTRODUCTIONOrganisational strategies can be define as complete set of actions that a firm needed totake in order to achieve long term business goals. This organizational strategy arises with amission of the company that is the reason behind the inception of the organization. Anorganization must have a vision and mission to grow and sustain in long run that is how BristolCity local government developed the city. To develop the city Bristol's Mayor has a vision toreach every citizen and support them and create place where they can live, work and play Bristolcan maintain its position. Bristol is a city in the United Kingdom but its in the leaders hand howthey make it a better place for the citizens and make it a crown not only in the UK but also in theglobal economy. To follow an aspiration the leader need to develop a plan to pursue their actionsas they dreamed, so the Bristol's City plan is to work for the well fare of the citizens throughaddressing inequalities of health, wealth and opportunities in the city. Bristol City Council is thelocal authority of Bristol which was founded in the year 1974. It has 35 wards, electing a total of70 councillors. The council comprises of 37 Labour Party Councillors, 15 Conservative PartyCouncillors, 11 Green Party Councillors, and 7 Liberal Democrat Councillors. Bristol has severalcommunities the people who stays there came almost 187 countries who practices approximately45 different religions and speaks in 91 languages. Now it growing as a diverse place withinternational reputation and innovation and as being a UNESCO learning city it is promoting theopportunities for the people across the diversification and also supports the refugees and asylumseekers. Its major aim to achieve the success in leading a shared global values and developmentgoals, and it also wanted to be a strong economy that acts as an international gateway to thecountry. It wanted to give a strong voice to cities to that ensures the international and nationalpolicy directly fulfils the needs of the citizens (Arvidson and Lyon, 2014). Bristol City Council is putting their efforts to provide health care services for the adultsand children through steadily reducing the inequalities. It aim is to offer a better begin of life andvulnerable people should be protected and cared.MAIN BODYBristol City Council aid to maintain the health of the people whether they are adult orchildren in order to improve their lifestyle in an appropriate manner that support in decisionmaking to provide services. As there are more children under 15 years and that is more than thepeople 65 years and over. The children who below five years are increased with thirty fourpercent in the UK (Brown, 2014). In the UK one on five children lives in poverty but the healthcare and well being is for everyone, the council is implements services for every one who lived1
