Organisational Development: Analysis of Save the Children, Bentley, and Coventry City Council

Organizational development basically defined as an
objective-based methodology that is used to initiate a
change of systems within an entity. Thus, the current
assignment is based on three organisation selected one
from one Charity/Non-Profit organisation (Save the
children), one from Global Business Operation
(Bentley) and at last one from Local Government
Authority (Coventry City Council of England). This
assignment consists a description of brief background
of each company along with its internal and external
analysis.
