:Personal refection refers to the records which allows me to
identify and understand well about my skills, interest, ideas and
area of future development. It helps me to improve my knowledge
and skills to conduct the practices in my professional career. It is
very important for me to know about the area of potential
development as well as to know my weaknesses which I need to
improve for future growth

can achieve my personal goals, as well as all these skills, which are
relevant for me to perform my task as a manager in an organisation. With
all these skills I can easily influence and guide the employees towards the
achievement of organisation goals.
Conclusion
It is concluded that, I need to develop various
skills in me such as communication, time
management, proactive skills to perform my job
role in my professional career well. By making
effective development plan I will improve my
skills in most as well as by taking participation in
debates, making proper time schedule as well as
reading books I can develop these skills in me
