INTRODUCTION
Development and is the concept of self analysis and personal reflection in order appraise
strength and weakness of the person. Moreover before conducting or developing personal
development plan of individual it is very required for them to conduct skill audit analyses
because this will support the individual to identify about their strengths weaknesses opportunities
and threats after analyzing the weakness invisible become capable to develop personal
development plan that help them to overcome their weaknesses in a very appropriate manner.
This report is going to be considered audit analysis personal development plan work based
project and Reflection that will support the individual to conduct activities which is related to
their work based learning.

Choosing a career is very important for the individual in order to make their career. The
career planning process has four components which is self assessment career exploration career
identification and action plan. action plan describe the skills which are required by the person in
order to work effectively in the company for stock it represent the importance of the skills and
actions which can be taken by person(Chu, and Cha, 2018). It is very essential for the individual
to formulate the Action Plan because it support their individual to develop their skills and action
in order to get more opportunity for stop an action plan is a document which is developed by the
person in order to write about the skills which are required by the person in order to perform a
