Suitable testing and development activities It is important to test the design and develop product to use this because of their number of problems which can be arise in the new product which can also impact negatively on the organisation. If there is any bug or virus within the software then it can cause damage to database of company where the chances of secure data will also get demolished. Testing quality as well as functioning of the software, trial was done for 5 days where it is identified that software is ready to use and there is no bug in the software. For identification of this company use this software for five days where it implement it all on a dummy process of library as well as record number of data for checking its accuracy.in the end of trial it is found that there is no bug as well as it is best suitable for and library like Liverpool central library(Balanis, 2016). Development activities conducted on this software where the various type of outputs are generated which are related to external output, internal output, operational output, interactive output and turnaround output. Proper database design is also used which include the controlled redundancy data internet dependency and accurate integration which also combine the more information at low cost. Software which is used by the library also include the recovery feature which help in maintenance of privacy and security with increased performance.it is also develop as an East to learning tool which can easily understand by any staff member of library. CONCLUSION It can be concluded from the above mentioned report that softwareâs are the essential part of the organisation which has to be considered by the firm seriously and there must be a proper system design and analysis techniques which must be used by it for their software. Library also faces number of issues because of manually recording of the data. Directly leads in theft and omission of the loan items. Solving this issue proper software must be used by the organisation which help company in designing the monthly operation summary report as well as also be capable of recording all the books and loan items with specific features.
