Introduction
The present system in SMC is unable to provide real time information to some of medical
staff. It is mainly needed for accessing the given medical information where patient need to go
physically to the required centre for retrieving the medical information (Balanis 2016). Medical
team at SMC aims to provide services and medical procedure that is properly coded. The code
merely comprises of two-digit suffix and digit numbers. It is expected that new system will
provide huge number of cost saving that can be used by SMC. It will help the medical staff to go
on online mode and provide updating of medical information.
