It is a set of components, which eventually interact witheach other for producing information. The main focus of this system is on the internal dataand not on external data (Demir & Krajewski, 2013). Any organization or company utilizesthis particular system for purpose of collection, processing, creation, distribution andfiltration of data. “My Health Record” is one of such information systems that would belaunched by the government of Australia for the purpose of storing all types of health detailsof the patients. This report outlines a detailed research on vision document for My Health Record”.Three distinct points are present in the vision document, namely, problem, capabilities andbenefits. All the three points will also be explained in this report for the project of My HealthRecord. Vision DocumentProblemThe Commonwealth Government of Australia is going to launch an important andsignificant information system for all its citizens, namely, My Health Record (Arvidsson,Holmström & Lyytinen, 2014). This particular information system is an extremely securedonline summary of the information solely related to health and physical body. The mostinteresting characteristic of this information system is that all the information is to be takenfrom the records that are already previously existing. One of the most important requirementsof the project My Health Record would be in the industry of health and health care (Wu et al.,2013).
