This report deals with the information system named “My Health Record”. The various type of
details about the system and the various sectors that the system is going to affect has been
described in this report. This system will help the country of Australia to improve their data and
record maintenance system. The report provides the details about the various type of
stakeholders that are involved in this system. Hence, a stakeholder map has been provided that
provides the information about the different stakeholders attached with the system. In addition to
the stakeholder map a use case diagram has also be provided that would provide the details about
the different type of users for the systems and also the different type of functions that they would
be able to perform.
