1 Stakeholder analysisIn any project there are parties directly involved with the project or have an interest in the project. These parties can be individuals or organizations and they are called stakeholders of the project. Stakeholders of a project have are involved directly or indirectly with the project during the development of the project and after deployment of the project. For any project to succeed, an analysis of the stakeholders is crucial. There are different types of stakeholders and they are determined by two factors (McDonald, 2017);Power/ influence to the projectinterest to the project.There are four types of stakeholders for my health record system;Internal executive stakeholdersExternal executive stakeholdersInternal operation stakeholdersExternal operation stakeholdersThe following stakeholder map can be used to be used to show the position of each type of stakeholder on the project
