effective and successful activity. The utilization would be implied for easing the implication of
the operations. Jones has been working tirelessly for the growth of the vegetables and supplying
the customers with the fresh vegetables. Jones’ wife Jane had decided that the use of the
information system would be required for the business. It would allow the implication of the
information and using effective support for the processing of the information. The alignment
would also be helpful for supporting the growth and development of the activities. The alignment
would also be helpful for easing the flow of information and developing the transportation for
the customers. The customer’s order the vegetables and the organization are in need of the
effective proposition of operations. The orders are either picked from the local stores or
delivered to the customers.
1.2 Organization Chart

It is evident from the organizational chart that Jones John and Jane are at the top most hierarchy
that controls all the operations of the organization. They have two separate sections and agreed to
the term that Jane would take care of the customer handling and management. Jane would
effectively manage the customers for easing the management of the information and taking care
the needs of the customers. Chris, Christina, and Charlie would assist Jane for the management
of customers by taking orders on phone. Mark and Marsha would also report to Jane and would
take care of the orders packaging. Dirk is an assistant employed for assisting Mark and Marsha
in their store activities. Jones has Noel, Noeleta, Nick, and Netta for supporting the gardening
activities of the organization. Tim is a manager employed for reporting to Jones and supervises
Mark and Marsha for easing the transportation services. They would deliver the vegetables to the
customers. The combination of all the activities would keep the information flow and running of

the operations. The continuation of the effective and implied for easing the operations of Grow
Your Business would be supported by the use of effective operation development.
2. System Vision Document
2.1 Problem Description
The operations of Grow Your Business have been manual in operations and Jones has to manage
the operations by himself. He takes care of the order by talking to the customers by himself and
then providing the customers with the expected vegetables. It is a manual process that consumes
much time and often results in exhausting time of Jones. The time can be utilized by Jones for
increasing the production of the organization. The problems of Grow Your Business are,
Lack of information: The vegetable market would require the information of the utilization.
The Grow Your Business organization would require the implication of the effective and
successful activity. The customer’s order the vegetables and the organization are in need of the
effective proposition of operations.
Limited Scope of Operations: The utilization would be implied for easing the implication of the
