2SYSTEM ANALYSIS 1. Introduction NewAccess is a project that is mainly been proposed to target depression and anxiety. The system that is proposed is capable of storing the medical records and details of the patients. The system is being proposed to eliminate the problem of retelling the story to the number of doctors that a patient might visit. Presently, funding for the NewAccess project has been approved. The aim of this report is to identify the project stakeholders and identify the questionnaire that would be asked to the project. A use case model is designed that will give an idea of the system that is being proposed. 2. Stakeholder Analysis and Stakeholder Map It is important to identify the stakeholders associated with the NewAccess project. Stakeholders associated with the project can be described as an individual who is directly or indirectly linked with the project or is affected with the project. The stakeholders of the project are capable of actively participating in a project. Project stakeholders generally have a huge contribution in the project as they are affected by the outcome of the project. There are a number of stakeholdersassociated with the NewAccess project. Identification of the stakeholders associated with the project is largely dependent on the influence that stakeholder has on the project and the impact of the project on the identified stakeholder. The main stakeholders associated with the NewAccess Project is indicated in the table below- StakeholdersGroupInfluence/PowerInterest HeadspaceInternal OperationsHighHigh PhysiciansInternal ExecutivesMediumHigh PatientsExternal OperationsMediumMedium

Stakeholders map can be described as a business tool that allows an organization to represent the stakeholders associated with the project. The previous section of the research report has identified the main stakeholders associated with the project. The identified stakeholders are mapped according to their impact and the interest in the project. The stakeholders mapping of the identified stakeholders are indicated in the figure below-

The identified stakeholders involve both internal and external stakeholders. The stakeholders associated with a particular project is responsible for setting up a particular business environment. The internal stakeholders of the project generally has high interest in the project and it is quite essential to keep this stakeholder engaged with the project. The external stakeholders on the other hand is an important part of the project as well; however, the external stakeholders are not significantly involved in decision making process within the organization. The external stakeholders of the project however received all the status updates of

Questionnaire The project of developing a NewAccess health record system is proposed with an aim of increases the effectiveness of storage of medical records in such a manner that the patients need not retell their story, every time they visit a new doctor. Therefore, the questionnaire will be directed towards the stakeholder group “patients”. The prepared questionnaire will be addressed by the patients. 3.1. Introduction Statement Data collection through questionnaire is an important aspect of requirements gathering. The questionnaire helps in facilitating and aiding the requirements engineering process. The proposed project of NewAccess aims in developing an information system that can possibly help in mitigation of certain major problems associated with the retelling of story of the mental patients. The information system that has been proposed will however be useful to both patients and the medical practitioner. The proposed medical health record system is expected to store the information in a secure manner and will improve the patient care services as well. The medical 3.2. 9SYSTEM ANALYSIS 1.Registration: Both patient and the practitioner needs to register into the information system prior in order to get the access rights. Followed by the registration, a patient and a practitioner can login to the system 2.Login:After registration, both the patient and the practitioner can login to the system, to access, update and modify the stored data. 3.Records Story:The patient will be able to record their story and upload their previous health records to the system, which the practitioner can access 4.Setting Access rights:In order to ensure security of the proposed system, setting the access rights is essential. The medical records will only be accessible to the individuals whom the patients will allow. 5.Validates Login:The database administrator is responsible for validating the registration and the login details of the patients and the practitioners. 6.Access Patient Story:The practitioners will be accessing the story of the patient after logging into the system. 7.Setting Appointment with the Practitioner:A headspace worker will be setting up the appointment with the practitioner. 8.Updating the Patients’ Record: The patients’ record will be updated time to time so that updated patient story is recorded into the system. 9.Log out:The log out feature will add an extra layer of security to the proposed system. 4.2.2.
