Purpose
Purpose of this document will describe about the whole project feasibility and scalability.
Scope
This report will provide objective of the system and its design. It will provide major
finding and recommendation of the system. It is necessary to create this report for creation of
better project. It will explain requirements to make project successful in future as well as fulfill
the goals. It will explain about the current system and processes as well as description of the
proposed system. It will provide market consideration for this projects and market strategy for
this project. It is also describe about the financial projections, finding and recommendations of
this project.
Goals of the Proposed System
The main goal of this system is to remove physical removal with the help of robotics.
Robots will provide delivery of medicine and consumables to hospital wards. It will control
delivery of drugs. This system will have sufficient robots to accomplish this task in a proper way.
It will manage three shifts of hospital. It will manage high priority tasking. It will also have
payment management facility1.
Objectives of the Proposed System
The proposed HIDAMS system will have specific objective to delivery of pharmaceutical
in wards. They will be resistant to unauthorized operation. It will record all stages of chain-of-
custody. Therefore, they can manage full history of controlled items. This system will have bi-
directional voice, message, and email linking between the system operator and staff member for
full time.
Main objective is security with all the facility and controls. It will delivery all the
transaction and delivery details to the hospital administration for verification of payment2.

System description
HIDAMS system will provide different facilities to manage distribution of medicines and
consumables in hospital wards through help of robots. This system is having many advantages,
which resolve many issues and it is a way to use available technologies for many purposes.
Technology will provide many help, as it is already used many processes of the hospital.
Therefore, it is an easy task to add this facility to improve working with high security and
overcome human efforts in physical work.

to design a proper system with the help of different things. In above diagram many things are
described about the delivery robots. It has a GPS system for live tracking and navigation to
deliver items. It is having speaker for real time conversation to people. It has a facility to secure
medication, such as auto lock basket with app control security. Weight of a delivery robot is
between 15-20 kg. It has six wheels with four motorised4. It can cover 3 mile in a single charge.

mistakes will provide huge losses in the field of medical. Therefore, it is necessary to use
available technology for different types of works, such as delivery robots. It controls all the
unnecessary travel in corridors and resolves many problems of medication availability in wards.

Recommendations
Proper monitoring of system:
It is necessary to monitor whole system by the administration on daily basis and provide
necessary changes. Lack of monitoring will create huge losses. This system is based on the latest
technologies, such as mechanical techniques and software designing. Hospital administration
must establish a team for monitoring whole system and they have an eye on the system for 24*7.
Although, manufacture company is always available to provide solution of issues.
Upgradation in hardware and software:
System should upgrade by the latest software and security patches. In present time,
cyber-security issues are highly occurred in the online systems. Therefore, it is necessary to
installed latest patches in the system.
Hospital should inform about the every issue in the system to manufacture at instant time.
Therefore, they can provide a feasible solution of that problem. All the systems have checked by
the manufacture many times before installing in hospital, such as working of system,
functionality, monitoring, hardware and software. Extra robots are available in buffer for
handling emergency services8.
System can increase their efficiency through new hardware and softwares, such as new
batteries in robots, charging system, security system, GPS system, and many others. New
technologies make is better. In addition, it will use information of the employee of the hospital
for identification. However, Robots are having different technologies. Therefore, it requires
changes in the working process as well as architecture for betterment.
It is a legal process to use limited products and services of technology. Government
issues licences for such types of technologies and innovations, which are useful for human
beings.
