1. Introduction
All Health corporation is running an urgent care clinic. Generally, an urgent care clinic is
different from emergency room medications. The urgent care clinics used to bridge the vital
gap when anyone injured or falls sick. So, any unexpected sickness or injury could handle
through urgent care center.
All Health Corporation is having a prime focus on Urgent Care Clinics to maintain the
medical records of the patients as primary data in their storage repository. The System Design
Document (SDD) of All Health Corporation primarily focus on urgent care clinical system
data documentation executions.
All Health Corporation establishes high level secured data transition repositories as
Centralized Data Centers. Data Centers of All Health Corporation stores all credential data
with backup or redundant copies as well.
1.1 SDD Purpose:
System Design Documents are essential for every project. It gives the complete high-level
description of what is the new system intended to replace the old system. The System Design
Documents used to record and track the most critical information of the system. It defines the
System Architecture, System Designs, and Operational standards to guide the concern
development team to execute and develop the system in prescribed standards.
All Health Corporation is the developer of urgent care clinical solutions. The high intent of
the urgent care clinical solutions is to provide a “Cyber Security Program for Urgent Care
Clinical Records”. It protects all clinical records of All Health Corporation. The cybersecurity
program for Urgent Care Clinical records of All Health Corporation provides the data
credibility of the patients, on-time data sharing to the medical professionals. It ensures to
provide prompt accessibility, less response time server access for data, and high-reliability

assurance through dedicated data center operations. a. Data transaction would be highly
secured
b. Data Centers of All Health Corporation is using redundant data center storage mechanism.
So, data loss would be minimized significantly.
c. Data access permission and access log maintenance would assure the data credibility and
privacy
d. Data Center connected with cloud-based operation hence it will assure for data elasticity
and accessibility of the data across the globe.
e. Six different types of clinical data such as automatic health records, claims data,
organizational data, health surveys, Patient Registries, and Syndrome Registries are having
dedicated and identical registries with appropriate data ledgers to optimize the data

2. System Design Goals and Considerations
The System Design Document aims to give clarity on the system development life cycle and
development phase and presented architecture would be identical with the developed System.
The SDD prime objective is to deliver an overview of the system’s functionalities and the
development motivations. The SDD scopes and delivers the development context based on
the problem statement stated by the urgent care clinic of All Health Corporation.
2.1 SDD Goals
The SDD must address the following goals in this project execution of the proposed Urgent
Care Clinical solutions.
Architectural Leverage
The SDD records the existing traditional system and proposed the advanced system in the
current architecture. The current system design is giving prompt solutions in the accessibility
of the data, secured data transaction, data redundancy, and data loss reduction.
System Development Environment:
Generally, the application development environment is having high-level reliability. It will
eradicate the negative impact on cyber attacks interoperability through wired and wireless
networks. The solution assures the quality of the data store and restores the process.
Ease of Use: Cyber Security Program for Urgent Care Clinic
The advance features of the program are user friendly to use in the hospital and clinical
environments. It assures strong data privacy and credibility. The new cloud-based
applications and features never impact the existing operation of the hospital IT infrastructure.

2.2 SDD Considerations:

of clinical and hospital services. All Health Corporation’s Cyber Security Program for Urgent

data can be tracked through any platforms and any devices like computers, smartphones,

through firewalls, OTP server and proxy server settings. So, it considers improving the data
storage in the data center would be flexible, faster, prompt storage allocations and auto-
recovery if any failures.
