PMP Consultants Pty Ltd wants to deploy a Visitor Management System (VMS) for ensuring
that appropriate information transfer for their operations can be employed. They can choose
either traditional waterfall methodology or new agile methodology for dealing with their process
of developing the VMS (Patwardhan et al. 2016). The project of developing VMS is a software
development project that requires the following of IT development project management
methodologies. The completion of the project would be dependent on the continuation of the
project development strategies and alignment of the improved functional development. The
system development approaches would be helpful for easing the completion of the activities
supporting the utilization of the improved communication methods. The Agile methodology
would be helpful for forming the iterative project execution methodologies for development of
visitor management system of PMP Consultants Pty Ltd. The agile methodology would comprise
of requirements, plan, design, develop, release, and track and monitor (Kuhl 2014). The
