Setup and configuration:In these phase the difference between the two methodologies can be analyzed. This phase constitute of analyzing the reviews of the current processes from the vendor consultant. Prototype review:This phase includes delivering the customer implementation team for the Blach construction. The Blach construction starts educating the customer team through prototype demonstration workshops. With the help of these system, the new team gets educated based on new system and based on the capabilities of the product used. With the end of this phase the customer team accepts the design of new system.
