Introduction and Background
The name of the organization for which the system is modelled is WestAust
Corporation Ltd. There are five sub-systems of the operation management system which is to
be implemented for the organization. Among the five systems the sub-system on which the
report is focused on is the parcel delivery system. The most complex use cases in the sub
system are customer registration process and the address management process. The details of
the procedures have been described in the report with the help of some illustrations and a
detailed test plan has also been included for the procedures.
