This research aims to study the impact of talent management on the job role of HR Manager, specifically focusing on the practices and challenges faced by HR managers. The research will include a case study of Sainsbury. The objectives of the research are to understand the need for talent management in the HR role, analyze best practices of talent management strategies used by HR managers, and evaluate the key challenges faced due to lack of talent management practices. The research will utilize literature sources to support the research questions and will follow a research approach that includes both inductive and deductive methods. The research will also use a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, including primary and secondary data collection methods.
