about the best practices of talent management which are used by the HR manager of the
organisation. HR manager follow all the useful talent management strategies which are
beneficial for the welfare of the employees and organisation. This research can help in future to
identify the right and deserving talent in an organisation. With the help of this research,
researcher can use talent management practices and maintain the high quality and potential
employees in an organisation.

According to the Meyers, et. al., (2020), revealed that HR manager of the organisation have
belief about the values, nature, talent philosophies and other specific factors which are involved
for the growth of organisation. This study determine that talent philosophies are same as mental
models that mainly define that how HR manager can use and interpret the practices of talent
management in their organisation (Baumgartner and Rauter, 2017). This research identified
four specific philosophies of talent management which HR managers can use. These talent
management philosophies are exclusive stable, exclusive developable, inclusive stable and
inclusive developable.
Best practices of Talent Management Strategies which are utilized by the HR manager in

the organisation.
According to Mayo,(2018), explained that Talent management strategies help to enhance the
position of organisation. This study analysed the three key areas of talent management such as
employees, effectiveness of talent processes and extent of supporting environment and culture.
HR manger should determine those individuals and group of people where they give more
attention to enhance their talent so that organisation will take advantage of it (Skaliannan,
Abraham and Ponnusamy, 2016). Its necessary to understand the potential of employees and
their performance level and then HR manager need to choose the effective talent management
processes and KPI's strategies.
Key challenges which HR manager are experiencing due to lack of Talent Management
Practices.
According to the Pandita and Ray, (2018), defined the talent management and its useful
applications on employee engagement and also determine the key challenges which create
problem due to lack of talent management practices. Talent management is beneficial tool
which help in employees retention. Due to lack of employee engagement , employees retention
level decline so that its necessary to perform talent management practices which help to
overcome all the challenges that occur when organisation do less practice of talent management
(Karas, 2017).

Research Approach – Research approaches are essential to take research in right direction.
There are two type of research approaches are considered in the research. Inductive and
deductive research approach. In context of this research, inductive and deductive both approach
will be consider because both approaches are very suitable to analyse the data and take research
related information about the research topic. Inductive approach is prominent to analyse the
qualitative information of the data and use some innovative method to gather the data and
deductive approach aid to determine the quantitative data in a specific and appropriate manner.
This approach analyse data in a short time duration and all the data can be gather in a numeric
form.
Research Methodology - This is a appropriate procedure and consider as a useful technique
that help to identify, analyses, process and implement all the research data related to the
specific area. With the help of research methodology, researcher can critically evaluate the
research data and also conduct the validity and reliability of the research. For this
research,literature , journals , questionnaire and survey research method will be choose because
this research use primary and secondary research both.
Research Choice – Research choice are two types that is qualitative research and quantitative
research. Both research are crucial. To carry out this research, qualitative and quantitative both
research choice will be considered so that with the help of qualitative research, researcher can
perceive deep understanding about the topic and through quantitative research, researcher can
easily consider the numeric responses of the respondents in an accurate manner.
Data Collection Method - There are two methods of data collection that are primary data
collection and secondary data collection. In primary data collection, researcher can use
questionnaire, survey, interview, observations etc. and in secondary data collection journals ,
website, articles , newspaper. This research will consider both methods. The primary data can
be collect from the London branch of Sainsbury.
Sampling – Sampling is a useful techniques that can help to consider the targeted population of
the research. With the help of sampling techniques, researcher can select respondents of the
