 Talent management is defined as the selection, attraction and retention of
staff members that involves a contribution of human resource process
across the employee life cycle. The main objective of talent management is
to enhance performance and ensure employees feel better.

Literature Review

 Challenges faced by Coca-Cola while
implementing talent management practices at
workplace.
 As per the viewpoint of Andre, (2015), it is
analysed that there are many issues and challenges
faced by company while they execute talent
management strategies. One of the major challenge
is encouraging passion and embrace new interest
as most of the employees did not easily adopt the
changes and focus towards organisational
objectives.

 Research philosophy: There are mainly
two forms of research philosophies that
is positivism and interpretivism. As per
the topic of research, positivism as a
research philosophy is valuable and
appropriate. The reason to select this is it
mainly based on subjective approaches
and not on feelings and emotions. Along
with this, it also assist in getting more
appropriate and accurate decision.
