INTRODUCTION
Talent management is the practices of organising, managing, and
arranging the human resources at the workplace. The management is
having major role in the organization who conduct the analysis for
identifying the employees needs and make efforts to solve them. This is
the systematic process of identifying a vacant position, hiring the suitable
candidate and develop the skills and experience of individuals which helps
to retain the employees and achieve the long term objectives.

To explore the basic concept of talent management in the role of HR.
As per view point of Pandita (2021), Talent management is the important
aspect for each organization as it involves human capital management
initiatives and resources which are used to develop the business
activities and performance. HRM encompasses hiring the right people,
managing and controlling the organizational functions which can help
to develop the business productivity.

the work done effectively.
