INTRODUCTION
TM is the systematic procedure of identification of most suitable person for the vacant
position, developing the skill and level of expertise by matching the position and retain them to
achieve the long term business objectives. TUI Group is undertaken for this report completion.
It is a Anglo German international T&T company located in Germany. Respective section of
report based on the using effective management tactics in T&T industry by framing objectives,
goals and research methodologies in order to gain desirable outcomes.
TASK 1
P1 Prepare the mission and objectives.
Aim: “Effective talent management tactics in a selected travel and tourism organisation”.
A study on TUI.
Objective:
To Evaluate the various kinds of talent management tactics and tactics in organisation.
To understand the influence of talent management strategies on outcomes of TUI.
To examine the challenges faced by TUI during execution of talent management tactics
in an organisation.

PMP is a elaborate statement used to explain each and every phase of a work (Beamond,
Farndale and Härtel, 2019). The major element consider the initiation, planning, execution and
evaluation.
Scope This is very much necessary for the firm to acknowledge about
the major scope of project so that crucial results should be
obtained. In context of TUI the major reason behind conducting
the research is to build brand loyalty in front of consumers by
opting the best talent management strategy within the organisation
to select one of talented personnel within the organisation.
Risk The main type of risk related with the task related to time,
preparation of questionnaire, lack of monetary resource and many
more. So it is very much important to plan and organize each and
every act in correct way to accumulate necessary information
(Boella and Goss-Turner, 2019)
Duration, cost and quality To accomplish the desirable goals and objectives the project
required the 70 days and researcher required time period is 50
days. The cost of the project that are estimated will be £35000.
quality plays very major role, in context of the project by using the
primary and secondary tools of information accumulation they can
be able to assemble potential information and information.
Resources The major resources required to accomplish the respective project
is time, funds, stationary items and internet (Chen, Lee and
Ahlstrom, 2019)
