The main reason for conducting this

research is to determine the impact of
talent management within the
organizational context. Talent
management helps in making the
employees feel engaged, skilled and
motivated while working for the company.
This is an important issue as talent
management has become a base for
developing and recognizing talents for and
within the organization. The strategies
involved in talent management helps to
fulfil the needs of the employees providing
them work satisfaction. This research will
highlight on organizational culture and
talent management.

employees working in the Amazon company. Thematic data analysis
is done which includes forming themes which is followed by
