According to the above research it has been concluded than talent management is a continuous
process for organization to engage and retain employees for longer period of time. In this staff
motivation schemes play positive role in enhancing motivation of workers various authors states
that staff motivation strategy benefit organization to increase the sense of belonging and loyalty
of workforce towards company. There are different type of strategies of staff motivation such as
digital training and workforce development opportunity, transparent work culture, competitive
pay scale, rewards employee incentive programs and more through which company can enhance
overall growth and profitability.

Modern business world is inclusive of number of organizations who are engaged in aggressive
competition. This enhances the need to implement talent management strategies in order to retain
skilled and experienced workers for longer period of time. In this staff motivation scheme is
acting as crucial element through which organization like Sainsbury can assure long term growth
and profitability in industry. There are certain challenges that company it’s facing which is
affecting their ability to retain employees. Mentioned below there are some certain effective
strategies through which company can retain workers for longer period of time and can conduct
business in effective manner.
This is of the most effective form of strategies of staff motivation scheme which allows
leaders and managers of Sainsbury to emphasise on professional development of
employees. In this organization is recommended to provide professional development of
personalities to employees and make investment in their career growth. This will
encourage them to stick with organization for long time (Nasiri and Bageriy, 2020). With
the help of this strategy Sainsbury can enhance skills and knowledge of workers which
will benefit them to conduct roles and responsibilities in more effective manner.
This is also among the most effective form of staff motivation schemes in which it is
recommended to Sainsbury to emphasise on health and wellness of employees which
increase their sense of belonging towards organization. With the help of implementing
strategies such as to prevent employees from being burnt out stress, promoting physical
and mental health company can encourage employees dedication towards company. In
this organization can take advantage of onsite health launches, free healthy lunches,
annual wellness fairs and another form of programs to encourage healthy lifestyle of
employees.
Sainsbury leaders and managers is recommended to provide flexible and additional time
off to employees in order to make employees to enjoy their vacation time (Shet, 2020).
This help Sainsbury to maintain work life balance which helps in enhancing overall
motivation. Sainsbury can provide paid leaves to workers with additional time off to
reduce stress of workers in workplace environment.
