INTRODUCTION
Talent management is the procedure which helps the organisation to hire more talented
people in the organisation in order to achieve their goals and objectives and get more
opportunities in order to become more successful in the Marketplace. It is very important for the
human resources department to consider the talent management strategies in the organisation in
order to improve the productivity and efficiency of the organisation. For this current report the
researcher is going to consider Sainsbury organisation which is situated in United Kingdom . in
addition to this there will be description about the impact of talent management on the rule of a
chart (Salunkhe, 2018). Furthermore this report going to evaluate the aims and objectives of the
investigation and also going to evaluate the project management plan where note breakdown
structure and Gantt chart will be discussed. After that there will be some data which are
considered by the investigator about the qualitative and quantitative method in order to complete
the project on collect the data in an appropriate manner (Rai and Thakur, 2020).

Overview of the company
Sainsbury is the second largest chain of the supermarket in the United Kingdom and
founded in 1869 by John James Sainsbury . The headquarter of the organisation is situated in
London United Kingdom and the organisation is providing variety of the products in the market
place in order to become more successful and get more opportunities. This report will going to
evaluate the impact of talent management on the role of HR in context of Sainsbury organisation.

According to the “Chan, and Xu, 2016”, Talent management is very important for the
organisation in order to hire more skilled and effective employees in the organisation and
improve the efficiency and productivity of the company in an appropriate manner. Effective
talent management strategies help the organisation to get more opportunities and overcome the
Threads which are facing by the organisation (Meghlaoui, 2016) . It is the responsibility of the
human resources management department to adopt the talent management strategies so that they
can select in hire more talented people in the organisation and maintain the attention rate of the
employees in order to improve their effectiveness and get success.
What is the impact of talent management on human resources management?
On the basis, “Liu, Wang and He, 2019”,Talent management is a very effective
strategies that support the company to get more competitive advantages and maintained the
talented employees in the organisation so that they can improve the efficiency of the organisation
and maintained the positive environment at the workplace. Concentrating on the talent
management is a critical component for the organisation and for the broader workforce
management strategy because in context of human resources management recruiting promoting
detaining and training the appropriate individuals are very important steps for the department in
order to achieve their goals in objectives (Abdul Hamid and Yahya, 2016). The talent
management strategy creates huge impact on the human resources management and it creates a

permit them to operate in the direction of the organisational goals and objectives.

According to the, “Kaminskaya, 2016”, Talent management is very important for the
organisation in order to hire more skilled and well trained employees in the organisation. Well
trained and talented employees give several benefits to the organisation in order to improve the
productivity and get more opportunities (Parizadi, 2018). Talent management is the kind of
continuous process that include attracting and retaining well-trained workers and high-quality
workers and developing their skills and constantly inspired them in order to improve and
enhance performance for the organisation of the major is of the talent management is to develop
a motivated force in the organisation that operate their business for the long-term and maintain
the retention rate of the employees (Mohiuddin and Afrin, 2016).

activities that is adopted by the organisation in order to implement the action plan in the
management in context of talent management. Every task and activities are oriented for the
activities in order to achieve it is in an appropriate . for the current scenario the project
management plan is going to emphasize on different kind of activities and some of these are
below mentioned:
Cost: Cost is the term which described as the amount that the organisation are required to
implement by the organisation in order to accomplish the desired outcomes and managing a
successful business activities. In this current scenario the entire cost which are assumed by the
researcher is around 50000 pounds and this is the total cost that is implemented by the
researchers so that they can accomplish their desired results and gain more positive outcomes for
the research.

consume in the entire project. In context of the current project the entire time which are used by
the investigator is about five months and in which the maximum efforts which are provided by
the investigator in order to achieve their objectives in an particular time frame.
