research is conducted on Sainsbury which is a leading organization in the retail industry. The
present research is conducted to identify the impact of staff motivation schemes on employee
retention.

The aim of this study is “To identify the impact of staff motivation schemes to employee
retention. A case study on Sainsbury.”
Rationale
The primary explanation for choosing this point is that, particular subject is utilization of my
own advantage as I am wanting to make my vocation in retail modern area. With the assistance
of assessing and assembling data through this exploration I can perceive the significance of
