INTRODUCTION
• The need of effective employee within an organisation is very effective as
they make a full scope for the HR to process with the activities and make
sure for motivate, sustain and attract more people to work in the organisation
for the long lasting time.
• Further, effective recommendation for using effective growth for selected
organisation of Boden, a clothing retail industry founded in 1991 and in 2015
open their physical outlets in London, Germany, Australia and US.

AIM AND OBJECTIVES
Aim: “The aim of the research is evaluating different strategies used by the best companies in order to attract and retain
people within the companies.”
Objectives:
• To analyse the different initiatives used by the different companies to use effective talent management.
• To evaluate the value and benefits for the use of talent management by addressing well-being and improving
employee motivation and retention programme.
• Focusing on the major areas for investigating good practice within the different business and compare employee's
activity.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT PLAN
• This will help the readers to understand and show scope for
the completion of project.
• Project is initiated with aims and objective and with the help
of proper planning this report will goes to the execution of
the project completion.
• Using Gantt chart and WBS, activities seems more clear and
effective.

• Asda is using effective growth and adoptive technologies to make effective business
strategies. They make a focus on the growth and try to use low cost employment with
the best pay rises.
• Tesco, faces different challenges but they make the growth in their people engagement
and make a communication bridge with appropriate changes.
• All is related to growth and make achievement for the nature and use effective sources
to analyse the outcome and make major changes to work on the prospective growth.
• All of these are relate to apply good practice and manage sources in more effective and

EVALUATION AND RECOMMENDATION
With the evaluation of the research, it can be related to work and manage the data in an authorised and effective way.
With the help of above research, it could be helpful for the selected company to analyse and use the sources. Some
recommendations are:
• Company should use optimizing benefits to work and make some effective growth to analyse the outcome and make
some strategies.
• Boden's management different communicate the process and and try to upgrade their technologies for the use of
different sources.
• Further, company should provide their employees effective leverage techniques for the adoptive growth and
usability of the employees. This will help in increasing productivity of employees.

REFLECTION
During completion of the research, there are some
major changes and adoptive which I have been
used to make more effective research outcome. I
analyse the different method of completing
project in appropriate manner and use the sources
with their best outcome. All of these help myself
to enhance my knowledge and make a successful
research
