For further studies, which is related to the role of effective talent management strategies for successful organization, the data has been collected through the medium of secondary data collection method. 3.6 Sampling Sampling is a process of collection of data in pre-planned format by observing various things from numerous population. This type of method is greatly dependent upon the type of analysis which scholar wants to do in its report. Simple random distribution and systematic sampling are two most efficient techniques for collecting the sample data (Ivančić, Vukšić and Spremić, 2019). Random sampling illustrates the collection of data from employees or chosen person through random method in order to complete the collection of samples and viewpoints while on the other hand, systematic sampling consider the assemblage of data from particular set of persons for instance collection of data only from the top managers comes under consideration of systematic sampling method.In this report, random sampling acting technique has been selected to absolute the data grouping for the evaluation of the current study.
