The main aim of this structure is that it helps in knowing tasks and activities which are to be
done and performed at large scale and this aids in evaluating the basis through which purpose of

methodically organized strategic process of getting the talent onboard which is right and to help
them grow and develop through their capabilities which are framed for them in knowing the

the organization and which helps in creating value through which the strategies are being created

reviews and feedback, increasing the employee motivation, rewarding and recognizing the top

As per Jooss and et.al., (2021), there are further more talent management strategies which

of the organization as there is increase in the performance of the employees by effectively
applying the talent management strategies at large scale within organization. Some other talent
management strategies are helpful in creating value to the organization by the requirement of
tools which include — strategic plan and goal alignment, diversity and inclusion, coaching
through execution, leadership development etc. These are some tools which are required for the
talent management strategies to be implemented at large scale within the organization so that the
employees are chosen based on their performance and along with that there performance is also
improved at large scale at effective and efficient basis.
Impact of talent management strategies on the employee retention within organization
As defined by Johennesse and et.al., (2017), one of the greatest benefits of talent
management is it effects on the employees recruitment and retention process. There has been
improvement in the employee recruitment and staff retention rates which are created for the scale
of how the things are taken into action and this helps in creating value of enhanced staff
engagement within employees. Also, the impact of talent management helps in increasing the
retention rates which helps in creating value for which all aspects are taken into consideration at
large scale and this helps in improving the performance of the employees through which all
aspects are taken into form which helps in creating value through which strategies are being
implemented within organization effectively and significantly. Therefore, the talent management
strategies are helps in improving the retention rates.
As described by Wassem and et.al., (2019), talent management strategies are helpful in
maintaining the scale through which effectiveness and efficiency is increased at large scale and
this helps in creating value through which all perspectives of how the employees are working
within the organization is being analyzed effectively. There are some positive and negative
aspects of employees which are engaged in creating positive aspects of the employee
engagement within organization. Talent management strategies helps in retaining the employees

8. Reflection
This project was long term design project which was new and fresh as well as exciting to
me. I realised that the key and most crucial aspect which was needed in this project was patience
and hard work. To attain the objectives of this project, I have performed my best and given my
100% efforts. For achieving the project aim and objectives, I braked my work into smaller
elements. Though this I was able to focus on the details of each activity. Breaking work into
smaller proportion have worked as it helped in attaining the objectives on the set timeline as
well. Although I have faced various obstacles during the attainment of project objectives. The
major obstacle was to attain the project objectives in specified project time. The provided cost
and time were low to complete the project. However through the use of technology such as
internet the project objectives were attained in the specified time and within specified costs. I
communicated and had discussions frequently what pathway tutors and course mated to ensure
that the information I’m using is useful and effective. This has worked very well and enhanced
my knowledge regarding the topics considered for the project.
During the project, I learned how to be patient. I also have learned the value of effective
communication while undertaking this project. TI have identified these two factors as the key
factors for the success of this project.
