This study analyzes the talent management strategies implemented by organizations to attract and retain employees, with a focus on Morrison's. The research aims to enhance understanding of talent management, articulate strategies implemented by Morrison's, analyze their impact on business performance, identify issues associated with managing talent, and suggest suitable measures to mitigate them. The study uses a quantitative approach and thematic analysis of primary and secondary sources. The project management plan includes scope, resources, quality, time, and cost. The study recommends that businesses implement effective talent management strategies to increase retention of talent pool.
