that it can be easy to boost the overall growth of the company in the highly competitive market.
In this paper the discussion will be made on the concept of talent management in which the
company that will be selected is “Amazon”. Talent management is considered as the strategy
which helps in recruiting, hiring, retaining the best talent in the workplace.
