This study aims to determine the talent management practices used by organisations to retain their staff members for a longer duration. It covers the scope, cost, time, quality, risk, communication, resources, and milestones of the project. The study uses a work breakdown structure and Gantt chart to make a schedule for each activity. The report includes a performance review and business case presentation.
