Introduction
Talent managements is the activities which is being used by the organisations in order to
retain employees for long run. It is used by any of the biggest organisation in UK. Because this
helps the organisation in increasing the productivity of employees and company both and results
in increasing of their profitability. Theses strategies of talent managements is performed by the
human resource manager of the company (Caffrey, and et.al., 2020). In this organisation focus
on achieving objectives of the company by providing talent management strategies to the
employees so their productivity increase. In this report the organisation which is taken is Tesco,
as its one of the largest companies of UK. In this report, it covers research aims, objectives and
questions. Then it consists of project management plan. Then there is a primary and secondary
research. Then there is a use of Gantt chart and WBS in the report.

for long run in the business organisation.” A case study on Tesco Plc.
Objectives:
To determine the best talent managements strategies Tesco is using to manage internal
talents.
To analyse the benefits of talent management strategies in context with Tesco Plc.
To examine the good practises which are being used in the company to enhance talent
management.
Questions:
What are the best talent management strategies used by Tesco to manage internals
talents?
What benefits of talent management strategies in context with Tesco plc?
What are the good practises that are being sued by company to enhance talent
management?

Project management plan
Project managements plan is the plan which is used to develop and identify all the levels of
the projects in a sequenced manner. Then stages of this starts from initiation, planning, executing
and controlling.
Scope: Scope is concern with the determining of a particular aspect which is related with
deliverables and tasks (Danglová, 2021). This aims that talent managements strategies
helps the company in retaining employees.
Time: It refers to time limited which is to be taken to complete this project. There is a
use of Gantt chart and WBS in order to schedule the activities to be undertaken.
Cost: The amount which is spend on this project is £450 on all activities and research
items.
Quality: It is associated with the quality of research which is used for collected for
research. As it is doe through primary and secondary research both.
Risks: It is concern with the risk associated with the research completion. The risk can be
faced by the investigator like lack of interest of people, lack of financial resources etc.
Resources: Resources involves pen, paper, time and responses etc. these are being used
by the researcher in order to compete this research.
WBS and Gantt chart
WBS
Work breakdown structure is the techniques used by the investigator in scheduling their
activities for the completion of the project. It divides all activities into the simple steps so that all
business tasks and activities can be managed in effective order and at definite and schedules time
(.Davis-Sramek, and et.al., 2020).
