Essays An essay can be termed as a piece of writing which is written to
make understand something or someone, or to update the reader
about a specific topic on which the essay is written. It helps to
outline the story of the writer in usually a smaller context. It
includes three parts, namely introduction, body and conclusion. It
helps to satisfy the audience about the piece of writing. There are
four major types of essays, namely narrative essays, expository
essays, descriptive essays and persuasive essays. Essay can be
formal as well as informal. Formal essays are usually academic in
nature and handles serious topics, whereas informal essays are more
personal and may have humorous elements.
Interviews An interview is a conversation between two or more persons where
questions ae asked by the interviewer and answers are provided by
the interviewee. The word interview states a one-to-one
conversation between the interviewer and interviewee. Information
are provided and asked involving both the parties, but mainly it is
transformed from the interviewee to the interview. It can also be
termed as a communication, which provides a one-way flow of
information. There are different types of interview, namely face-to-
face-interview, videoconferencing and telephonic interview.
Interview can be structured as well as unstructured one.

Unstructured interview involves no prearranged questions to be
asked, whereas structured interview involves particular questions
given in a particular order.
Learner statements Learner statements or learning outcomes are those statements which
helps to describe important or powerful learning that the learners
have accomplished, and are able to demonstrate the learning they
has gained at the end of the program or course, through reliable
ways. It forms an essential part of the learning. These statements
helps to identify the things what the learner wold know and what
they would be able to do by the end of a program or course. The
learning statements also helps to reflect the wider conceptual
knowledge along with the adaptive vocational and comprehensive
skills, along with the essential attitudes and knowledge.
Learning journal A learning journal is a collection of observations, notes, thoughts
and other important materials that are built-up over a span of time,
or as an outcome of a period of learning, study or working
experience. It is personal to one own self and helps to reflect the
preferences, personality an experiences. The main purpose of a
learning journal is to strengthen the learning through the process of
thinking and writing about the learning experiences. It helps to
evaluate the improvement of the learning of the person, along with
storage of the thoughts and ideas covering all the experiences.
Portfolio of evidence Portfolio of evidence can be termed as a collection of documents
that is required to be gathered or compiled in order to show the
competence of a person against an array of learning outcomes and

presentation of the required evidence in a n effective manner. From
the viewpoint of a student, portfolios are required collection of
documents that helps to showcase the progress, effort and
achievements of the student in one or more areas. The collection
must include the participation of the student in choosing the
contents, the criteria for merit judgement, the criteria for selection
and evidence of reflection of the student.
Presentations The process of presenting a topic through lecture, speech or
demonstration to an audience is known as presentation. A
presentation can inform, inspire, persuade, motivate or even present
a new product or idea. In a formal way the term can be also used as
an introduction or offering. Presentations can also be in the form of
visual presentation program. It is used in order to generate the
content of a presentation among which some also allows them to be
developed in a collaborative manner. For instance, the utilization of
the internet by collaborators who are geographically disparate.
Apple and Microsoft are the most popular products used worldwide
for presentations.
Products A product can be termed as an item that is objected for sale. It can
either be a service or an item, in both virtual or physical form.
Product are manufactured at a cost and sold at a price. The price
depends on the market, the target and the quality of the product.
Every product has a specific life-cycle that needs to be replenished
and rejuvenated after a certain period of time. A product needs to be
relevant as the users must be able to use it immediately. A product

Projects Project is the action of planning out something as well as carrying
out the plan. Every project goes through some particular phases of
development. Project is different in several areas of action. In case
of school a project is an individual or group venture that is properly
planned and researched by the students. For civil and military
industries the term project refers to the activities related to
infrastructure, financial accounting and capital expenses. A state
project is a set of agencies or policies of the state linked to a specific
issue or oppression.
Puzzles quizzes and
word searches
Puzzles are the problems, games or toys that tests the knowledge or
ingenuity of a person. Puzzles are often used as a source of
entertainment, but are also capable to arise from serious problems
related to maths or logic. Quizzes, on the other hand, can be referred
to a mind sport or game, where the players are expected to give
correct answers to the questions. It is a game which helps to assess
the knowledge related to a specific subject. Word searches are
defined as the word games or puzzles, which consist of words or
letters, arranged in a grid, having a square or rectangular shape. The
aim of this puzzle is to find out all the hidden words in it.
Role plays The changing of one’s behaviour r attitude for assuming a role is
called role-playing. It can be done either consciously to perform an
adopted role or unconsciously to adapt a social character. Role
playing is done in theatres, video-games and even role-play games.

It acts as a source of entertainment such as in case of small children
who enjoys playing the roles of doctors, cops and even robbers. It is
a part of the development of the psychology of a child. Behavioural
changes can also be brought up through role-playing such as in
cases of smokers who adapt the character of a patient suffering from
lung-cancer.
Skills test Skills test can be termed as the subjective abilities test focusing on
the verbal as well as written skills. It is mainly used by the
organizations to test their candidates in order to assess their
language and written communication capabilities along with their
knowledge. In the education sector, the skills test is taken that are
required to fulfil their professional roles in their respective schools.
This is required to assure that all the teachers competent enough in
literacy and numeracy, irrespective of their specialization.
Simulation The word simulation is a matching limitation of the operation
required for a system or a process. It is used in various contexts like
testing, simulation of technology for performance optimization,
training, safety engineering, video games and education. The word
is also used with scientific modelling of human systems or natural
systems in order to gain observation or understanding into their
functioning, for example, in economics. Major issues included in
the process of simulation are the usage of simplifying
approximations and assumptions within the simulation itself, the
acquisition of authentic source information about the related

Tutorials A tutorial can be termed as a method or procedure which is required
to transfer the knowledge, and can also be used a learning process.
It helps to teach by taking examples and provide the information in
order to complete a particular task or a set of tasks. It can be taken
in different forms, which includes a set of instructions required in
completion of a task as well as to a public or joint problem solving
session.
Walk and talk Walk and talk is a technique of storytelling which is used in
filmmaking and television production, which includes a number of
characters who are engaged in a conversation while walking in
some place. Walk and talk usually includes a walking character who
is joined with another character, and they are engaged in some
conversation on the way towards their destination. New characters
can join the conversation in the place of the previous characters, and
the remaining characters are involved in the system of walking and

a solemn statement. It can be in written or oral format, and is mainly
