INTRODUCTION Skills audit refers to the structured evaluation of an individual's skills and abilities. Such audit provides insights into existing or need to be develop skills and competencies in an individual. It also suggests necessary action-steps for the development of the required skills. MAIN BODY By analysing the audit statement of skills it can be interpreted that I have good interactive and group skills where I can happily manage myself while working in a group. Also, I can put aside my own perceptions for maintaining group harmony. Further, I can also know what is more important to do and what is not, that is I can be able to prioritise my given tasks. If I have to mention my weaknesses then it can be my analysis skills because I lack finding similarities and differences between things. And the same may be due to my inability to compare things. I can't be happy when things are not going in my way, I am not a punctual individual due to lack of time management skills, I can't allow myself to accept criticism without any reliable proof. Furthermore, I lack in communication and presentation skills where I can't be able to express my views and ideas and I am not a technically sound individual. Some more weaknesses like lacking in evaluative skills, not good at managing conflicts and problem solving skills which must be addressed through some training and personality development programmes designed for the same.
