Executive Summary
This report discussed about the relevancy of taylorism in the modern day business. It is concluded
that this concept is still relevant in the current time and there are number of areas where this
concept is beneficial for long term advantages. This report also discussed about the theory of flat
world by Friedman. It is concluded that iron rule of globalization is effective in the current time but
the concept of globalization is not uniform across the world. It is also identified in this report that
impacts of globalization are also different in different regions.
