Pedagogical principles focused on teaching and learning arrangements and methods that allow to
build healthy relation with students as well as it helps in building their skills. In addition to this,
various scholar has come with this theory and they stated the pedagogy should support inclusive
practice in terms of education so that each student can enhance their learning abilities. The
scholars believe that everyone should been given high quality of education and teacher should
welcome learners from different backgrounds and needs. Moreover, students should be
motivated so that it can learn things more effectively and teacher need to make healthy relation
with them. The strength of Pedagogy is this improve quality of teaching and the way students
learn as well as give them opportunity to gain deeper fundamental material knowledge. In
addition to this, it allows teacher to better understanding and help them in achieving deeper level
of learning. However, its major weakness is the lesson become less interesting as there is one
speaker dictating the lesson for longer duration and this lead in losing the focus of important
information.

Now days in order to grab the attention of students and to build their skill teacher can make use
of innovative approaches such as research project, game demonstration and paid work
experience. Along with this, the yearlong students project given them an opportunity to take
ownership and it provide good level of engagement with their students. Moreover, it allows
student to toured technology that shows virtual reality system and it can receive numerous job
offers. On the other hand, negative impact of project is it could be waste of money if the project
is not up to the set standards as well as it can distract leaners from other things.
Although another creative and innovative approach is game exhibition in which students
demonstrate games which have been created by them in 3 months’ duration. It motivates learned

Behaviourism Theory:
This theory allow teacher to identify the change in the behaviour of students and how some
factors influence their behaviour while teaching. Along with this, it stated that behaviourism
impacts on how students behave in the classroom as well as it allows them to understand the
lifestyle and home environment impacting behaviour.
Model of Teaching:
In pedagogy learning teacher determines what and how things to be learned and there are only
few resources that teacher devises to store the knowledge in the student head. Moreover, main
focus is on learning and it is properly planned. On other hand, adults are independent as they are
more focused on direct learning and adult use their own and other experience. Along with this, in
this principle adult learns when it need to have experience to perform task effectively.
Learning References:
Kolb identified four staged of learning preferences or learning style after observing the cycle of
learning. There are four stages in this model such as experience, reflective observation, abstract
and active experimentation. In the first stage data is collected from various sites and in second
step information is processed by an individual. In the third stage data is assimilating and lastly
new concepts are identified as well as observers.

In order to plan the learning, I have first identified the need of the subject in learned
development and the way it will contribute in enhancing their knowledge. I have made a
portfolio in which classes are segmented on the basis of subject and notes will be provided to
students. Moreover, in order to communicate the set plan, I have made use of online like google
meet, power point presentation and offline mode of communication. I have made use of English
language as most of the students are familiar with it. There were activities like making project so
that students can develop creative and engagement skill. Moreover, all this steps need to be

Behaviour management theory is known as human relations movement as it deals with
human dimension of work. The theorist believe that it helps in understanding about the
behaviour of students in the classroom such as conflicts, motivation and productivity. B.F.
Skinner is one of the famous name in the theory related to behaviour management in 20th
century. It thoughts was known as operating conditioning which in simple words means that
human behaviour change when they have been given punishment and reward. In addition to this,
every change leads to different response such as technology has made teaching and learning
process easier so most of the students are making use of it and give positive reaction towards it.
In term of teaching operant condition is simple and direct as it basically formation of
reinforcement and contingency (Hyun and et.al., 2020). The theory suggest that students
also learn even without natural environment but teacher make use of contingencies which speed
up learning and influence the behaviour of learners. Although in small class it is easy to analysis
the behaviour of listening, solving and reading that help in setting reinforcement easily and
immediately but in large lecture course the consequence are not easily identified. The theory
says that students cannot reinforce itself by holding to positive and negative forces rather it can
arrange condition under which behaviour is punished or it can create such events in order to
known answer to its problems. Thus, education never teach self-management very efficiently and
through proper understanding of contingency and reinforcement students will be motivated to
participate in the teaching process.

For making the inclusive teaching more effective it is important to consider three factors which
impact students learning like physical. Emotional and Psychological for making them learn new
things. Along with this, I have made use of behaviour theory so that I can understand the
characteristics of each students and combine the similar nature one together. Moreover, this will
help in sugaring the students in group according to their behaviour and teaching them together
was the easiest process (Encarnacion and et.al., 2021). Although making use of theory helps in
understanding the behaviour of an individual and group. Moreover, safe environment will be
given to the students so that it can communicate well and share their issues with the teacher.

Although there will be 100% safe area by monitoring the bullying are harassment so that all the
learners can feel comfortable and motivated to learn. In addition to this, building trusting
relationships with the students and creating encouraging classroom atmosphere so that student’s
development is better and academic needs are fulfilled (Schlesselman, 2020). Although students
need to be feel motivated by giving them reward regarding good work as this model will create
healthy relationships. However, positive achievement is one of the major part of the classroom
and student’s strength needs to be praise so to build confidence over time. Furthermore, for skill
development each learner can participate in training session and projects so that their abilities
can be build and able to get good job in career development.

Teaching portfolio provides a documented evidence of various sources of the teaching it
is an inclusive thing and just about the student ratings. Making a strong portfolio is important as
it helps in determining each stage and element of a successful teaching outcome. Here a detailed
understanding of the learners individual goal should be established by focusing on each
individual in the classroom so that these goals can be aligned with the teaching curriculums.
Goal of a teacher and students in the classrooms should always be aligned to develop a better
classroom atmosphere. The teaching should include a detailed understanding of the learners
needs and expectations in order to set the delivery model accordingly (Hamilton, 2018). This
has been done via understanding the learners need like some students learn from effective
listening, some learn via images and visualization and some learn via an activity or practical
approach of the topic.
Curriculum requirements should be properly incorporated in the teaching to fulfil the goal
of educational requirements, for this various books, brochures, diagram books must be added.
Further, mare teaching is not enough as proper feedback or input must be taken from the learners
to know the efficiency of such teachings. A safe learning environment must be established to
create a better and comfortable aura where learning is easy and students can focus and take
participation in the classroom. Such positive environment can be created by giving chances to
the students to introduce themselves in the class and a self introduction of the teacher in the
classroom.
Further, a fair and equal chance should be given to the learners for the class participation
to promote equality in the classroom. Student with the different backgrounds should be added to
impart details of the culture and social diversity where other people can learn about the diversity
and this will lead to a friendly atmosphere. Various inclusive teaching methods like visualization
tools, story telling, diagrams, creative talking etc. should be taken into consideration which can
make the teaching process effective (Kato and et.al., 2021).

inclusive environment where learning freedom is given. A protective curriculum should be raised
which Maintains an effective communication to every learner and giving freedom to students to
be expressive and developing certain platform where question solving can be done.
Before a teacher starts to impart the knowledge it is important to know the learners well
which can give insights of the knowledge of the learners, practices like quiz, quick talk with
learners etc. this will help in taking an impressive measure which can be an impactful way of
knowing the students. Further, setting various goals, which should be smart, to measures the
effectiveness of the entire learning module (Little-Wienert and Mazziotti, 2018). Providing
question papers, give assessments, assignments etc. should be incorporated to know how well the
teachings have been done.
Very important part of the entire teaching portfolio is measuring the performance, various
methods should be used like using peer assessment where other teachers who practice teachings
should analyse the entire teaching process and its effectiveness. Such comparisons from peers
can positively impact the performance (Valle and et.al., 2019). Also, student's input, test, quiz,
effective feedbacks and presentations can allow the teachers to know the effectiveness of the
programs and it will identify any shortcomings which needs to be looked after.
Once the teaching and performance measure is done, now an effective action plan which
shows the further development of the skills to improve the knowledge. A self assessment
criterion should be set to evaluate the teaching skills, skill measurement tools are there which
help in knowing the skill set. There are various skills like communication, technological
advancement in curriculum, detailed understanding of the topics etc. should be developed using
methods like online and offline platforms. The action plan must include time required for
developing each skill. This process makes an effective teaching portfolio.
