INTRODUCTION
The foundation of teaching and learning is related to the programme which provides an
opportunity in the profession of teaching to a person. Foundation of teaching and learning
prepares a strong base area for a person which eventually leads in nurturing the talent of person
who teaches in the educational institutions. It is essential for a teacher to be efficient in
foundation course, to be competent in the field of education. The foundation of learning and
teaching is also helpful for the students as well as for their parents. In this various Australian
professional standards of teachers, research applications, and different tools to integrates
communication technology is being covered in the report. Model of pedagogy as well as various
technologies that are required to maintain safe and healthy environment is being covered in this
project report.
ESSAY
All the aspects of learning outcomes, literacy and various learning strategies are
interrelated with each other in order to ensure effective learning at all level. It become very
important for teachers to select all data in sequential manner, in Australia various standards are-
developed that include that inform teachers to maintain lesson sequence as well as prepare
effective planning to teach students (Australian Professional Standards for Teachers.2017).
In Australia seven teaching standards are followed that should be followed by teachers.
All these standards are interconnected, interdependent or describe the role of teachers. These
standards are explained below:
Professional knowledge: In the professional standards of teaching two basic concepts are
included that are about effectively understand the students and the procedure that is followed by
them in order to learn various concepts (Craven, 2020). This is related to analyse the all learning
behaviour of student and the second standard that is included is about know the content and the
how the teacher teach it to students in effective manner.
Professional practices: There are three standards are included in professional practices
that are related to developing effective planning for teaching as well as learning, build and
maintain safe, secure as well as supportive learning environment with in organisation that
facilitates students and teachers. The other standard is to provide effective feedback and
complete report that covers all learning of students.

Professional engagement: There are various standards are maintained such as engage
professional learning in achieving life goals as well as engage all colleagues, guardians and
community in professional manner.
All these standards of teachers facilitate the teachers to provide better and effective
learning to students (Griffin, 2017). So they are able to achieve all defined future goals and
objectives and also create the interest of students in learning programmes.
According to vies of Habib, (2017) Classroom management is related to the place where
the teachers as well as students are gathered for the purpose of learning. In the classrooms every
one should be involved with having good attitude and behaviour and have the willingness to
learn new things. For students, teachers present the lesson plan that contains all topics that
teacher covered in the class in order to enhance students understandability about specific topic
(Classroom Management.2021). In order to create effective classrooms management, various
techniques and attitudes are followed to control the environment of class and enhance the
knowledge of student in effective manner. There are various research applications, actions are
implemented to prevent the student from work, health and safety and risk factors. In Australia's
educational department in order to create healthy and safe environment are following:
A reasonable approach is implemented in the classrooms to maintain safety and security
and these facilitate the educational institutions to mange all risk factors effectively that enhance
the learning opportunities as well as minimising the harmful or risky factors. There are various
movements are initiated to ensure the safety of students from various hazardous things. Furniture
, fixtures and fittings is also maintained to minimise dangers in the classrooms of Australia,
computer and other display screens and various electrical equipments are used properly and
efficiently to ensure that effective environment within classrooms. In the Australia all legislation
are fulfilled to provide safe and secure environment to students.
Information communication tools: ITC tools are the latest concepts, techniques that are
used in order to maintain the student to teacher and student to student interactions through digital
tools such as mobile applications and flipped classrooms. In the information communication
technology tools number of digital infrastructure are included such as laptops, scanners, data
projectors, computer devices and interactive teaching box. These all tools facilitates to interact
