1.1 Explaining key aims of education & training in own specialist area
Mathematics is one of those specialist areas, regarding which number of individuals are
taking interest to conduct their activities (Asadollahi Kheirabadi and Mirzaei, 2019). They may
take approach to grow in this field for varied reasons. For example, education and training in
mathematics as specialist area put positive impact on current and in the future growth of a person
in term of making them able to aim set aim and objective in effective manner. The aim of these
two terms is to enhance individual performance and productivity level, even better than last few
years. With the help of training and development, an individual that take interest in mathematics
as specialist area may develop those skills and knowledge that they tend to do that in effective
manner.
1.2 Analysing philosophical issues relating to education and training in own specialist area
While taking initiatives to engage in training and education programme related to growth
in Mathematics as specialist area, individual person may face different types of philosophical
issues. For instance, lack of knowledge is the biggest issue that individuals may face while
taking action related to training & education in chosen specialist area. As it is important for them
to have appropriate understanding about the topic or concept regarding which they may plan to
take action in appropriate manner. Critical thinking is also included in list of philosophical
problems that may put negative impact on learner’s initiatives.

The goal of qualification in chosen specialist are is to assess teaching tactics, evaluate
curriculum, and make assure that all the students are meeting their full capabilities, especially
when they may need remedial or advanced instruction. It can the said that the main aim of
education and qualification in Mathematics area is essential to cater better facilities and strategic
suggestion to the learners, who may come from different nations or regions for purpose of
obtaining higher education. The structure of qualification in selected specialist area is quite
specific as it begins with introduction of generic title and end as defining level of designation to
any study.
