INTRODUCTION
Education and training sector plays an important role in the life of an individual as it
decide the future. The career of an individual is very important and that's why it becomes
necessary that they should get effective training and education so that they will develop skills
and knowledge (Calderon and et.al., 2018). This will helps in growing a career of an individuals
brightly. This report will be discussing aims of education and training, philosophical issues, key
qualifications, learning programmes, approach of delivering programme, inclusiveness in
approach, teaching and learning resources, etc. It will also discuss the importance of liaising with
other teachers in the school or college in order to meet the learner's need. In addition to this, it
will also discuss the identification of own strengths and weakness.

1.1 Explain aims of education and training in own specialist area
In management accounting, the aim of education and training is to ensure that all students
get to know the importance of managerial accounting in the business (Houke, 2017). It is
necessary for students that they should know about that how they will maximises the profits of
company and minimise losses. Management accounting is the study of managing the accounting
transactions of an organisation in order to maximise their profits. In today's complex business
environment, every company is finding employees who are poficinet in management accounting
as accounting is an important part of the company's success and growth. This is the main aim of
education and training of management accounting.
1.2 Philosophical issues relating to education and training in own specialist area
It is found that there are many philosophical issues come in the education and training of
management accounting. This is necessary for teachers that they should resolve all the
philosophical issues in order to provide effective learning program. Some important
philosophical issues are critical thinking, indoctrination, society, autonomy, moral education,
curriculum, feminism, multiculturalism, etc. These are the some important issues that should be
resolve in the process of education and training of management accounting. For example,

multiculturalism is focusing on importance of diversity in which teachers should provide
learning all students. This becomes an important issues in the education process as it is not easy.
2.1 Aims and structure of key qualifications in own specialist area
For a management accounting teacher, it is very important for teachers that they should
possess some important qualification so that they can teach their students effectively (Creel and
Paz, 2018). Some important key qualifications of management accounting are knowledge of
business analytics, handling automated processes, programming languages, etc. These are the
some key qualifications and it is also necessary that it should have a proper structure so that a
teacher is able to teach management accounting in an effective way.
2.2 Aims and structure of learning programmes in own specialist area
Learning programmes are the activities that developed for the purpose of providing
effective learning about the subject matter. For example, in management accounting, it is
necessary for a teachers that they should develop a learning programmes such as a lecture, class,
or meeting in order to provide knowledge of subject matter. Learning programmes of
management accounting are including learning and assessment activities such as presentation,
video lectures, etc.
4.1 Ways of teaching and learning resources used in order to meet the individual needs of
learners
It is necessary for a management accounting teacher that they should use teaching and
learning resources in such a ways which assists in meeting the learner's needs. After pandemic
situation, it is found that now educational institutions are using new and emerging technologies
for the purpose of teaching such as software that provide e-learning opportunities. In
management accounting, resources such as audio video presentations, online lectures,
calculators, etc. are necessary in order to meet the individual needs of learners.

2.3 Own approach to plan and prepare for the delivery of a learning programme in order to meet
the aims of own specialist area
In order to deliver programme, it is necessary for a management accounting teacher that
they should use resources in an appropriate way. For the purpose of delivering learning
programme, every teacher has their own way (Samuel, 2018). It is very important for teacher that
