According to this act personal
information should be kept
secret and should not be
used unfairly (Price and
Kirkwood, 2014, p.555). As
a teacher I fully support this
because personal data should
be kept personal, sometimes
being public it may create
lots of problems.

Healthy And Safety at Work Act 1947:
It covers the health and safety of the students, providing them a healthy
and safe atmosphere (Lahti et al. 2014, p.139). Management of school
must appoint a health and safety officer for this purpose. It is the duty
of the school to take good care of the children. Being a teacher I prefer
taking good care of children. I provide them neat and clean
environment, proper ventilation and hygienic toilet facilities to avoid
health issues.

Equality Act 2010-
According to this act, it is
unlawful for the schools to harass
the students or victimize them on
the basis of caste, race and
gender. I being a teacher
absolutely support this as there
should not be any discrimination
in providing benefits to the
students based on their caste and
race. Each and every student

they have equal rights.
