TASK A
1.1 Own roles and responsibilities in education & training
I perform my roles & duties effectively so that I can provide better and effective teaching
environment to the students. In this context, I ensure to follow policies and procedure of the
educational institution to ensure systematic learning. For this purpose, discipline, inclusion,
equality and other such policies are followed efficiently. To maintain an inclusive learning
environment, I arrange ample of activities so that students can work collaboratively. This will
increase collaboration among the students so that they will work in a team to complete the given
task appropriately. In addition to this, I also follow a suitable approach to evaluate the
performance of the students. The results are also recorded by me with an aim to make further
improvements efficiently. Additionally, I get associated with other professionals so that I can

To provide better learning experiences to the students, there is requirement to have
association with other professionals. These professionals are head teacher, social worker,
psychiatrist and more. In my case, I always try to maintain positive relationship with different
professionals. Every professional has various skills and capabilities. They utilize their skills in
order to help learners effectively. For this purpose, I maintain effective relation with the
professionals so that they can help me whenever required. However, there are certain boundaries
