INTRODUCTION
Teaching is acknowledged as the effective profession which is being valued in the
society by everyone. English is becoming one of the most common language which is being
expected to be learned by each individual who is expecting to attain success in the future. In this,
ESL teacher plays essential role in the leaning pattern of the individual who are willing to learn
English for their future. TESOL is the International Association of teachers of English for the
speakers of other different languages. This is mainly acknowledged as largest professional entity
for the teachers of English as a second or foreign language. The respective association basically
covers both the TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) and TESL (Teaching English
as a Second Language). The present report includes detailed information on the influence of the
TESOL, TEFL and TESL on the daily teaching practices of the Malaysian English teacher. This
report will include detailed information on the own teaching experience of the ESL teacher
teaching in Malaysia. Along with this, it will further include detailed knowledge on the TESOL,
TEFL and TESL with the inclusion of several perception and views taken from different
literatures.

Your own teaching experience
On the basis of my own experience associated with the TESOTEFL certification L
certification, it can be said that the respective term is highly broad for me as it open up range of
options for me in the academic life as well as the other areas such as corporate house. I have also
determined that by having TESOL certification I can also apply as accent instructor in corporate
house. While emphasizing on my personal experience associated with the teaching, it can be
said that after I have attained certification of TESOL I became eligible to work in the Malaysian
school as the English instructor. While being practising as the English teacher in Malaysian
school I got opportunity learn lots of things while teaching students. It can be said that as being
the teacher, it was essential for me to develop positive relations with the students so that they
can get frank with me and take self initiative to learn this language. Apart from this, I have
observed that demand for the TESOL certified teachers are high in the Malaysia as they are
recognised as most skilled person who can make children learn the same inappropriate manner.
While looking after the impact of TESOL certification over the daily based teaching life of the
