INTRODUCTION
Teaching practice define as the integrated learning, it explains the time duration in which the
students are working in the institution so that they will gain the specific knowledge and training
in order to apply in a practices (Lopez and Sabir, 2019). This report describes about the teaching
practice generally in the reception teaching. In this it involves the theories on the classroom
management.
MAIN BODY
Pedagogy: Pedagogy defines as the art and teaching profession, it involves the different
approaches of the teaching, as feedbacks, all type of assessments. It is important for the teacher
to have the relevant skills which makes them able to plan or lead the lesson, it also aims to
enhance the knowledge of the learner.
Behaviour: Behaviour in teaching describe as every teacher required to analyse the behaviour
of the student, it helps them to prepare the plan and to prevent the outburst behaviour in the
future.
Theories on classroom management
Fredrick Jones – The positive discipline model
Positive discipline model defines as the effective way of the teaching in which the tutor
teaches the student about what their behaviour is accepted or not accepted in the classroom.
therefore, it implies the discipline in the classroom so that the student will behave appropriately.
According to the Fredrick discipline in the classroom can be understood as suitable business for
implementing the standards in the classroom and to form the cooperation patterns to enhance the
learning process by reducing the disruptions. in order to make successful this theory four main
