Teacher are key element in shaping child's future, they adopt certain teaching resource to address learning need
of the leaner and allow them to become active in the classroom. Teaching resource are most important element
that help in distracting behavior of child, teacher know resource like board game will engage learner and push
them to explore new area of learning. It is very clear that hunter is aggressive child who have less engaging
mindset, he does not like to interact with other child often make him frustrating Estai & Bunt (2016).
Teacher have notice that Hunter love to engage in playing activity, they notice that balls, toys, equipment and
other physical games attract him and keep his behavior in control. Hunter may have aggressive mindset but
still he gets distracted with toys and games, it is very important for teacher to adopt playing resources while
addressing Hunter and his leaning need. Board games are one of the best teaching resource that will help in
shaping positive behavior of Hunter, board games include certain types of toys and games that push mind of
player to think in different way. Board games are tricky, player or learner have to use their ability and set of
skills which help them to learn new things and explore new way to solving challenges.
Teacher have to adopt certain strategies while adopting board game resource, strategies will allow teacher to
cover every area of developed. It is possible to change behavior of Hunter with the help of right resource and
right strategies. Educator have to keep some board games as single player and some board games as team
based, at first, Hunter will explore single player games which help him to get distracted Peralta, Dudley &
Cotton, (2016). Apart from this teacher can adopt some board games that engage team or other learner that
allow them to include Hunter and other member all together, teacher can observe that behavior of learner keep
changing while working with other learner.
Considering board games as resource is one of the best thing because Hunter will not only explore new area of
development, but he will engage in team and might learn leadership ability and skill set to lead others.
Behavior is most ductile element which decide future of an individual, child with aggressive behavior need

sand pit, sand castle construction and other resource. It is very clear that teacher knows how to engage learner,
educator of Alana need to engage her in different playground activity to help her getting distracted. Alana is
suffering in childcare because she is not interacting with her parents, social as well as psychological
boundation can be seen in this case. Teacher of Alana have noticed that she busy herself with playground
activities like sand pit and castle construction, teacher have to provide playground equipment as key resource
to help Alana to get distracted. Resource may include sand box, equipment, tools, sand toys and other pit
resource. It is very clear that Alana is only 2 years old demanding her parent, using other teaching resource for
example audio or visual will not help as her mind will still demand her parent.
Teacher need to understand behaviour of Alana and how she interact with equipment or resource of childcare,
using effective teaching strategies, teacher themselves can engage in playground activity and teach learner how
to use resources. Learning can be enhanced with the help of resource, playground activity keep learner active
and help them to distracted themselves with mind disturbing thoughts and thinking. Alana need her parent, she
is less interested in engaging with other learner which simply means she like to be alone and want to play
alone McCown and et.al., (2016). Teacher have to provide playground equipment which is safe to used and
help Alana to build learning ability while playing, it is very clear that behaviour management is one of the
most challenging thing, when it comes to child and their development, behaviour need to be carefully
considered. Learner learn from different event, this means achievement in playground will impact their way of
thinking. Alana's playground achievement will help them to forget negative movement and focus on positive
interaction.
Complex playground equipment will push learner to think harder and find the best possible solution, teacher
have to place riddles that learner find challenging solving Subramani & Iyappan (2018). Every teacher have
their own strategies to use teaching resource, some teachers adopt different resource but in the case of Alana,
simple playground teaching resource can be used, this way teacher can meet the demand of the learner.
Providing all equipment which keep mind distracted, planning outside activity and planning strategies will
help in keeping behaviour in positive way and allow learner to become active in the process.

influencing behavior of child and help them to get socialized,
workshop may including team building activity that allow learner
to engage in or with other member and learn new area of
development in the learning process.

think and interact with the world and society. It is very clear that behavior of child can be reshaped, for
example child with less experience in interacting with others might need social treatment or those teaching
resource which can promote social behavior Aragon-Correa and et. Al,. (2017). Anh is an active learner, he
carries excellent skills including numeracy, communication and even scientific skills. She is almost perfect
when comparing with other learner, only thing lack behind is social behavior of Anh which push his and keep
him away from exploring social world and learning new things.
Teacher need to adopt workshop as key resource, it is very clear that workshop itself is not a resource but
contain certain learning resource that allow learning to become stable and active in learning. Workshop will
allow Anh to work with other learner, he will push himself to engage with other learner to complete his task,
teacher can adopt workshop resource like tool box constitution, wooden set construction, block building and
other safe constitution games and activity Batanero and et.al., (2016). It is very clear that Anh do not have
social experience which means he does not know how to interact with others, although he carries
communicating skills, now teacher have to engage other learner will Anh. Educator might change behavior of
Anh but pushing him to be socialized will impact his mind set and may result in nervousness and stress,
workshop resource like construction slowly allow teacher to engage Anh with other learner. Anh carry
communication skills and other skill set which means he have higher chance to become leader of workshop
activity.
Socializing is one of the most common problem which can be seen in child, it is very clear that some children
find difficult to socialize themselves. Anh facing same problem, teacher need to have positive behavior
towards Anh which help him to become stable and start his social journey with his teacher. Lack of social
interaction may lead to serious problem in the future because if child find challenging to socially interacting
with others then he might not able to complete his task alone Wang (2020). Other number of teaching resource
which can be used in social behavior management, workshop including hundreds of activity which help learner
to become socially active. From construction to playground activity, learner can engage themselves in social
activity and make themselves a part of group. Anh have higher chance to become an leader of the group
because she is good at communicating skills and even carry other skills, choosing workshop is the best
