INTRODUCTION
Education is defined as procedure of acquiring wide knowledge and competencies as well
as skills, usually within an educational environment or specific place where experience holder
provides greater knowledge to everyone according to their level of interest and profession. While
getting training from beautician, techniques such as lashes extension nails and beauty treatments
are taught which further plays crucial role widely. The current assignment will explain teaching
role and accountabilities in getting training from beautician, where nails and beauty treatments
are being taught. Furthermore, the study will justify ways to promote value diversity and equality
& why it is essential to determine as well as meet individual learning needs. It will define ways
to maintain a safe and supportive learning atmosphere, significance to promote right behavior
and respect for others. Lastly, the report will clarify how teaching role includes working with
other professionals and boundaries between teaching duty and other specialist duties. It explains
points of referral to meet needs of learners.

1.1 Teaching role and responsibilities in education and training
Teaching role and responsibilities of beautician is based on planning and delivering
effective learning targets for students in course , which inspires and motivates learners for
dynamic new techniques in beauty treatments fundamentally. Beautician motivates learners to
gain knowledge, vocational skills, study skills and life skills for succeeding dynamical
professional abilities based on affirmative targets. Role of beautician is to engage students in
lessons within class, which is important for enhancing stronger commitment rise diversely based
on functional expertise targets among students. Role of assessor in courses, is to ensure students
achieve outcomes, which is important to motivate for achieving outcomes strategically based on
new aspects deriving competent scenarios. Beautician has role to set own rules and new working
responsibilities, based upon functional rise diversely for strategic competencies. Beautician role
and responsibilities are also highly correlated to train students as per latest working
requirements and specific as per clients requirements for wider efficiency rise. Also beauty
courses with high creativity, efficacy to further enhance work developments further leverage

train students as per latest working scenarios for making them confident and hold expertise
within services for efficient specific benchmarks.
