TASK 1: ESSAY
Roles and responsibilities in education and training
As an English teacher and an employee in education field it is my responsibility to carry
out diagnostic assessment, promoting appropriate behaviour and respecting for others. It is my
responsibility to promote diversity by respecting values of all background of learners (Zagona,
Kurth and MacFarland, 2017). Making them feel valued and helping them out in improving their
performance by communicating with them and other professionals in a clear and concise manner.
As an English teacher it is my role to teach students about English with appropriate
examples and suitable way in which students can understand easily. Increasing learners’
engagement in education and teaching process is vital for improving their knowledge and
concentration. Planning is known as the main key of success of teacher as before teaching, it is
important for teachers to understand needs and learning style of all learners and accordingly
making use of teaching styles. Before teaching and starting a lesson, it is my role to understand
chapter and finding out the best way of teaching by which learners can understand lessons.
Along with this, assigning homework’s, documenting progress and grading tests are other roles
of teachers that can help them out in becoming a successful teacher.
After teaching lessons, teachers need to solve doubts of learners and make sure that all
students are now able to learn things that have been taught to them and can accomplishing their
academic goal (Scott, 2020). As a teacher I am responsible to solve problems of learners that
they are facing and that are creating barriers in learning and education by communicating and
working with other professional bodies and helping them out in selecting the best strategy of
solving problems.
Key aspects of legislation, regulatory requirements and codes of practice related to education and
training
Teaching is one of the best profession as teachers work for educating students and for
protecting themselves, it is important for them to comply with codes of practices, regulations and
legislations related to education and training. By following relevant legislations, teachers can
protect themselves against lawsuit and can promote an improved learning environment.
Codes of professional practices are being developed to support all professionals including
teachers as guidance as how to be a good teacher. It also helps them out to cope up with changes

and educating learners. Some relevant regulatory requirements related to my training and education
area include: Equality and diversity act, disability act and others. As per the equality and
diversity all teachers are responsible for treating with all of their learners in an equal and fair
manner. It is one of the most important legislation that should be followed by teachers and they
need to meet needs of their learners (Calvin-Naylor and et.al., 2017). Whether students are from
different culture, weak in learning than other students and are disabled, teachers need to focus on
each student with same manner. They are not allowed to discriminate learners on the basis of their
race, learning abilities, gender and others. By following this act, teachers can create an effective
learning environment and can boost confidence of learners towards accomplishing their academic
goals.
As per the disability act, teachers need to give extra care and special attention to learners
who got a medical condition. Teachers need to make them feel valued by treating with them
equally as like others. Planning session as per special learners and disabled learners can also help
teachers in improving an effective learning environment (Tsai and Gasevic, 2017).
Data protection act is other legislations in education and training. By complying with all
rules of this act or by not sharing personal information of learners with others, teachers can
protect them against lawsuit. In schools and universities, information related to students are being
gathered and kept securely and as an employee or English teacher I am responsible to make sure
that data are being kept securely and personal information of students is not disclosed in any
manner (Fitzgibbon and et.al., 2018). So, as per this act and legislation, it is my responsibility to
make sure that I do not leave any information lying around and also to not show any of my
password.
Relationship and boundaries between teaching role and other professional roles
Professional collegiality and collaboration for teachers in education is vital as it helps all
teachers in providing better learning opportunities and education to learners. There is close
relationship of teaching role with other professional roles such as: cleaning staff, technicians,
care takers, administration staff and others. For example: if teacher suspects that learner is drug
addictive or have other problems with alcohol consumption then it is responsibility of teacher to
discuss with their parents and then report this to local appropriate services after knowing that how
and when to refer. Teachers have to tell everything to parents of learners related to their education,

their behaviours and others. Teacher are associated and interlinked with other professionals
(Banerjee and et.al., 2017). For example: if there is a learner who is suffering from home abuse
and find difficulties in concentrating in learning then teachers have responsibility to refer to local
authorities and handle this situation in an effective manner. As like this if teachers find problems
with computers and other technical resources related to their subjects and education then teachers
need to solve this problem by communicating with technical staff. So, from these examples, it can
clearly be said that there is relationship between teaching role with other professional roles.
Boundaries in professional field refers knowledge about their own limits and knowing
what professional roles are involved in their teaching field. For teachers, it is important for them
to teach without discrimination, maintaining confidentiality of learners’ information. It is
important for teachers to communicate with other professionals for scheduling of rooms, data
entry, book keeping and identifying learners support agencies (Oxelmark and et.al., 2017). By
following all rules of other institutes and professionals such as: health agencies and others,
teachers can improve learning and can create an effective learning environment.

CONCLUSION
TASK 2
Important to promote appropriate behaviour and
respect for others
In Case Scenario 3, this could be
important for knowing about the equality and
make sure for having restriction towards
discrimination. At the starting this could be
important for the teacher in discussing and
make the document for their class ground.
While having discussion about this cold led for
having respect for other (Saidov, 2021).
Some of the document should be prepared
while for having the playing at ground for this
students can behaviour for each other or among
the Asian and white peoples in school. Which
will make other people more comfortable and
make their expectation while for knowing about
having the better respects. Moreover, this could
less likely to be more disruptive in class. While
this might be also include the health, social
behaviour, safety, having the respect for
everyone that could also led for views and
beliefs etc. In the case this have been also
described about the discrimination from the
people and do not have much respect for other.
While this could be also important for
promoting appropriate behaviour and easily
make sure for those things which could help
them in respect for other (Bahadori and et.al.,
2021). While this could also help students for
having respect for other people and that could
keep them for being more benefits in which the
students can easily make their promoting
activities for which the work appropriate
behaviour.
Although, this could seems to be more improve
business and make their system as well as enrich
their strong. In case study the documents must be
important while for which this could also important
in taking their benefits. While having the better
estimation for which the work and make sure for
having the high goals and objective (Nesenbergs and
et.al., 2021). The feedback for each teaching must be
important for which they can easily understood more
about the strategies towards their students.
Ways to promote equality and value diversity
This have been most important time for teaching and
managing as well equality in the class rooms.
Uniformity and variety, here and there called
multiculturalism, is the idea of tolerating and
advancing individuals' disparities. The principal
objective while elevating balance is to bring issues to
light and ensure that all people are dealt with
similarly and reasonably (Deer, 2020). The objective
is to establish a comprehensive study hall climate
protected spot without bias where understudies have
the chance to flourish. Effectively instructing and
bringing issues to light of variety attempts to feature
singular attributes and characteristics that make
individuals exceptional as opposed to various. Albeit
this is a significant guideline, it should show
understudies that this doesn't mean everyone in the
homeroom is dealt with something similar.
Sporadically, it implies that individuals need
additional support so they are given similar freedoms
and results as others. Making express to understudies
the norms of direct that you expect in the manner
that they interface and managing speedily and
properly with improper conduct
While this could be also important and
make sure for having the better
education and keep their learning more
safer. Celebrate achievement that can
led for having the better safe learning
opportunities. This could being so
important in keeping their restriction
towards the Asian and white people.
Numerous models improve the
probability of understudies identifying
with in any event one of them. Take
care to incorporate models that address
both genders and that work across
societies. This will guarantee that
different understudies are additionally
being comprehensive and aware.
To create maximal purchase in into the
standard procedures, can include the
understudies during the time spent
setting up them. This will any case have
to uphold the guidelines and right
understudies for a periodic non-
comprehensive or impolite remark. Are
sure points of view methodically not
addressed in course materials
Neglecting a few issues suggests a
worth judgment which can estrange
certain gatherings of understudies
(Flemington and et.al., 2021).
