INTRODUCTION The report aims to prepare knowledge, aims and understanding about the teaching in own area of specialisation. Teaching is necessary and a continuous part of an individual life. It leads to encourage and enhance personal and professional development within a person. Teaching is crucial in order to develop own self and boost knowledge. Therefore, a teacher plays vital role in every field. They understand the capabilities and skills of students and take necessary actions to create development. This report is going to analyse and explain the aims, issues, structure, qualifications and the importance oflearning programmes also its effectiveness in own area of teaching which is Sports-physical education (Alt,2018). Also, the report will going to discuss own approaches for planning and programmes and how it helps in resolving curriculum issues. There will be discussion about the resources used by sport teacher to provide best learning. At last, self reflection on the strength and improvements will also be provided in the report. MAIN BODY TASK 1.1 explain aims and purpose of education and training in own specialist area Education and training is the crucial aspect for students. These are the basic need for the self development of an individual. Teachers ascertain some aims and objectives which they achieve through providing knowledge in their field of specialisation. Therefore, as being a sports teacher, the main aim is to provide education to be physically fit and remain healthy. Students are lead through with many day to day activities which require healthy diet plans, knowledge about good postures and exercises, develop characters and develop knowledge about sports. Also, as a sports teacher, there is need for providing knowledge about physical equipments and make students indulge in various training and sports activities so that, they will remain active and adopt good habits in their life. My own aim from education and training is to develop new knowledge among students. My aim is to make them fit in all aspects and take proper decision about their own health and fitness.

Therefore, it has ascertained that there may rise issues in society terms, values and mentality which might affect the thinking of a teacher while delivering knowledge and skills. In education and training, the issues may arrive in terms of giving mental and physical education which may differ person to person needs. Every individual, has different physical and mental growth that require more concentrated focus as per each individual preferences. As a sports teacher, there is goals to develop sense of appreciation, working in boundaries and limitation as per sports rule. So that, it may create conflicts and discrimination due to having different backgrounds of people. There are various philosophical issues occurs in teaching which are specialist professional knowledge and work ethics. These issues might impact on the learner’s environment in promoting classroom environment and engage them. I may face issue of professional ethics as it is my training period so i have to learn about the ethics which can impact on my area of work. 2.1 Showcase the aims and structure of key qualifications in own specialist area Every teacher is qualified and a degree holder in their respective field of specialisation. Qualification is necessary to take part in any schools or college across the country. Therefore, being a sports teacher, the qualifications which are required as per UK curriculum is to have degree in physical education B.P. Ed degree from a reputed university and who holds masters in sports has M.P (Carrillo, and Flores,2020). Also, the teacher must have good experiences and previous participation in sports community which reflects that, the individual has practical knowledge of sports and its equipments. The aims of qualification are to involve awarding body specifications and develop curriculum in order to teach the students properly. Being a teacher of sports, I need to ensure the development issues in order to carry out effective practices. This shows that, I must emphasize on the key qualification of modular and linear and holistic structure in teaching for sports. 2.2 describe the aims and structure of learning programmes in own specialist area Learning programmes are the crucial activity which a teacher conduct during the sessions and lectures. It is an opportunity for students to take participate and improve skills and knowledge through beinga part of interesting activities. Learning programmes could be set for
short, medium or long term purpose as per the curriculum design. The aim and structure for learning programme in sports reflects that, the teacher must start with basic training like exercises, yoga and theoretical education about health and body postures. These learning programmeswillhelpinunderstandingstudentweaknessandmakethemencouragefor improvements. The structure of learning programme for sports includes 1 week practical training which includes running, sports games and competition In which one day will be for theoretical guidance and group quizzes. It will be effective for the students to enhance the learning excellence. 2.3 evaluate self approach to planning and preparation for the delivery A teacher has learning approaches towards the delivery of learning programmes. It has ascertained that learning programmes are necessary to be structures and provided effectively so that the teacher will meet with the need of learners. Planning and preparation of the learning programmes depends of various approaches of teachers. As being a sports teacher, there is requirement of measuring and determining that what should be learned and how many students are ready to participate (de Kadt, 2020). After that, there is need to set goals and make planning for competition, sports activities for physical fitness that are much necessary for daily life. The approach is providing basic trainings first so that, the student will build the capability and strength to cope up with complex sports training and be able to participate in championships. The aim of learning programme is to target the curriculum requirements and ascertain the growth of the student. I need to use specific resources which will meet the learner’s needs and building connection with them. 3.1 Evaluate the inclusitivity of own approach to the planning and preparation of a learning programme. The approaches are vital for planning and preparing learning programmes by using approaches and areas of delivering these programmes. The inclusiveness is all about working upon each individual preferences. Inclusive training includes all those aspects which a teacher needs to maintain while providing knowledge and skills. Every student has its own perception and needs which must be consider while delivering training and learning programmes. As being a sports teacher, own inclusiveness approach is that the disable children will get different trainings both theoretical and practical which are useful for them to use in real life. Whereas, the learning programme will target all the other students belongs to same age group and physical
capabilities. These programmes will be divided as per sessions in which the students who have less physical growth must get much concentration. 3.2 How own approach to planning and preparation of a learning programme solves curriculum issues Curriculum is the most vital practice and design of teaching. It is applicable for all the fields and important for both learners and teachers. Curriculum contains all the information related to teaching and topics which are going to use vitally throughout the sessions. As a sports teacher, there are some curriculum issues arises while designing the structures and its content. These issues mainly includes understanding about the students, knowing their abilities and development of motor skills to analyse the sense of abilities ( Kotsifakos, and.et.al 2020). These understanding helps the teacher to make curriculum and deliver learning programmes. New emerging technologies plays vital role in operating curriculum and make students aware about it. Digital tools and platforms help in keeping aware the students about the curriculums and learning programmes. This will make them engage effectively. The structure of learning programme includes the demonstration of key facts about learning outcomes, distance learning andsetting appropriate timing for the programme. 4.1 ways through which teaching and learning resources helps in providing teaching Teaching and learning resources are required for both teachers and students. Resources are the teaching aid which provide efficiency in teaching and make the work in simple manner. There are various resources which are helpful for the teachers to provide better learning and knowledge. These resources are digital technology, internet, Moodle software, zoom applications and equipments. These are helpful to interact with students and easily acknowledge their problems. Therefore, it will be ascertain the best knowledge about the sports practices in both theoretical and practical ways (Lederman, and Lederman, 2019). These resources helps to meet the learners needs due to keeping them in touch with the teachers and take guidance at any time they want. Also, these resources are helpful in completing projects and time saving. 4.2 analyse the inclusiveness of own use of teaching and learning resources in a specialist area. The inclusiveness of using teaching and learning resources is required for a teacher. sports teaching helps in creating creative programme, use digital tools like fitness applications also, other physical equipments are helpful like props and equipments during running, playing or exercising. As being sports teacher, there are helpful resources are charts and diagrams and projectors become much helpful to describe the human body and how the student needs to take actions which does not affect on their health.I will use various learning resources like vocal recordings, text books and equipments and models to show the whole body structure for learning sports health and fitness. There are various technological resources like handouts and zoom to support learners at any area and on any platforms. These applications are of great use to guide them and provide projects also. 5.1 liaise with others within a specialist area to develop own practice. Liaise with others refers to maintain and creating relations with others. It shows that how a teacher liaises with others in their specific fields. It is necessary for own practice to liaison with others and take responsibilities by own (Parsons, and MacCallum,2019). There are many situations when teacher also need guidance and specification with others groups. It is meant that by working with two or more organisations in order to share information is required in the sports specialisation. Being a physical education teacher, working with other organisation when competition is held, inter or intra college competition and sports championships or leagues. Collaborating with other groups provides opportunities in sport to both teacher and learners. 5.2 review the impact of liaison with other teachers and trainers within own specialist area on own practice. The liaison has impact of the working practice of teachers. Collaborating and sharing information among groups and maintaining relations are helpful for the teachers within the college or schools. It makes them confident and acknowledge about any changes which need to be taken prominently. Liaison with other teachers and trainers will be helpful in sports as to keep a healthy working environment. But the sports teacher could not take information regarding updates in sports fields from other teachers as they do not have expertise in this field. As being a sports trainee, there is positive impact of the liaison to know the student strength and weak factors while punishing them.
6.1 Review the effectiveness of own knowledge and skills in a specialist area. In the teaching for own area of specialism i.e. physical education, it has ascertained that I have reviewed on my own knowledge and skills. by providing learning to my students regarding sports and health concept, I have analysed that I am able to make good interconnection with the student, it helps to provide them great information regarding physical fitness as per their needs (Quaicoe, and Pata,2018).I have great observing sense through which, I could make my students improve their body postures and unhealthy habits which are impacting on their body. Also, I have knowledge about how to use health and safety precautions while using sports equipments. 6.2 identify own strengths and areas for improvement in relation to practice in a specialist area Inthefieldofsportsandphysicaleducation,Ihavemuchstrengthinmyown specialisationarea.AsIhavepastexperiencesandachievedmanymedalsinsports championship. Therefore, I could be a good leader to provide great techniques and methods games and sports challenges. Also, one of my great strength is to to be creative as I could indulge learners towards the physical education by making creative programmes and ideas such as role plays, challenges that will seek their interest towards sports. 6.3 identify opportunities to improve and update own knowledge and skills in a specialist area. There are a lot of opportunities in the fields of sports which will help me to update my knowledge and skills (Santally,and.et.al.,2020). The opportunities include giving regular trainings, conducting sport championship and also, there are a lot of opportunities for world tour and creating international presence. CONCLUSION The report has concluded that, teaching and learning are both crucial aspects for individuals. There are a lot of techniques and objectives which teacher create to meet with every person needs. The report has shown that resolving issues in curriculum and proving inclusive practices are necessary to helping students in the subject area.
