INTRODUCTION
The report aims to analyse several practices of teaching in the own specialisation field of
musical harmony. Teaching is an important exercise that are significant for learner and students.
It include setting aims to boost abilities and knowledge for offering knowledge and data about
the subject and course of study. The following report purposes to work on the musical harmony
area. Teaching practices require to be deliver with suitable planning and utilisation of resources.
A learner should gain knowledge and growth of abilities to attain their furthermore aims. By
managing effective curriculum and programmes that will support in delivering the lecture
sessions efficiently. It is significant term for a teacher to hold attention of the students towards
learning. It need to concentrates on fulfilling each person who require as student who belongs to
diverse knowledgable, capable and mental stable terms. Hence, the following report covers the
scenario to analyse the aims of education and training, analysing, philosophical issues, targets
and structure of the qualification needs and designing for learning program. It will be crucially
presented that how planning and preparation will satisfy the needs of learners. It will
concentrates on utilising digital techniques at the time of teaching for musical harmony. At last,
the report will also involves the practices of liaise with another and it will have an impact on
teachers by working on own individual area.
TASK 1
Explain key aims of education and training
As there is need of higher level of studies in the area of musical harmony (Narita, and
Feichas, 2021). Education and training is needed in the teaching that help every person to
manage their directions and knowledge about their own area of specialisation. In my field of
musical harmony, I require to have an effective experience about the musical terms in respect to
deliver lectures in the university. In music, harmony is the procedure through which the
composition of person sounds, or effective position of sounds that are evaluated by hearing. It
involves generally the simultaneously section that occurs in frequencies, pitches and as well as
chords.

Analyse philosophical issues relating to education and training
Philosophical issues are significant factors that concentrates on the key aspects
behaviours and learning aspects of the learners. It covers the section of humanistic theory that
represents that the tutor require to look at the human behaviours at the time of making them
aware about the learners skills. An effective teacher is that who looks for all the cultures and
views of a person. It has analysed that, human behaviours is the agreement of their activities. In
general term, what they present is what they lead will be mannered by them.
TASK 2
Aims and structure of the main qualifications.
It is most essential term for the person to have bachelor level to go a musical harmony
tutor in Educational field. It is also essential for the tutors to have certificate in teaching for
particular period (Karlsen, and Nielsen, 2021). Work experience as I have for 4 years for my
specialise field. After the degree of bachelor, it is also need to have degree of masters in certain
topic. It is also essential to have EDS program certificate for being a teacher in a musical
harmony field of educational institute. To become specialist teacher it is also need to have
suitable license and certifications.
Aims and structure of the learning programmes.
Aims-
Syllabus or curriculum requirements- The fundamental aim after the learning program
is to continue by the requirements that are analysed in the course of study. For example,
if it is evaluated in which a student should attend brainstorming courses twice in a week,
then it is important to meet the needs.
Establishing learner's needs- The another aim of learning program is to set the targets
for the students. If the students have skills to acquire abilities that need in music harmony
then it support to develop in the respective career.
Structure-
Time-frame- It involves the structure that have to be continue by all the learners and
members. In musical harmony field, the tutor should make sure that learner should take at-least 7
hours of study in twice a week in that learners have to manage the extra curricular actions.
