INTRODUCTION
The business management is an conception which comprises of different activities and
processes that helps offering knowledge to students. The teacher profession is defined as ideas,
principles, and conception which are taught by authorised person in the education sector of
organisation. For every individual the business management is most important practice in which
their initial stage starts with schooling and everything is learned by children that helps in their
self growth and development. Business management helps students in learning in effective
manner by involving techniques, curriculum development, classroom responsibilities, designing
assessments and many more (Alfalah, 2018). The report will discuss aims & philosophies related
to education & training in specialist area. To get an overview of skills and capabilities there is
analyses of key structure of qualification which is needed in specialist area. Thee is also analysis
of inclusive business management and learning & key curriculum issuers in specialist area and in
what way resources for inclusive business management and learning can be used. Further, to
develop own practice it is required to work with others and evaluating, improving, updating
knowledge skills in specialist area of teaching.
TASK 1
1.1 Aims of education and training in specialist area
The education of business management in the institution is very important as the aim of
business management in education and training is offer better learning and facilities to students
so that there can be development of better environment and inclusive learning practices in
education system can be develop. The teachers of business management help students in
providing better opportunity in learning process. The aim of education and training in business
management is to analyse the present curriculum and several recommendation needed to offer so
that education system in organisation can be improved. The practices are improved which
renders better opportunities inn learning program to students through training & education in
specialised area of teaching. (Alt, 2018). Being teacher of business management, the aim is to
enhance communication skill of students, to involve students in practical knowledge and case
studies. To develop better coordination and communication between students, to provide skills
which helps in improving lessons, lesson learning and enhancing methods to study business
management. The role of business management teacher is to assist in the development of

appropriate syllabuses, scheme of work, making policies and teaching strategies along with
assisting in management of business planning function of department. To met the learners needs
the business teacher is required to have analytical skills, communication skill, coaches and
mentoring skill.
1.2 Philosophical issues related to education and training in specialist area
Within the education and training in business management there are different long term
and short term philosophical issues which are observed in the process of education and training
in relation to practices that are used in education and training process. In education process poor
ethical and social values leads to reduction in moral values in learner and negative environment
is created in organisation. Being teacher of business management there are several philosophical
challenges which is related to ethical and social factors which is considered in education sector. I
face challenge in design of Curriculum related to business management which is difficult task in
education system as the future of student is dependent on effective design of curriculum. I face
the organisational issues which can be related to policies, practises of learning that creates
mismanagement and miscommunication between staff members affecting on students learning in
education organisation. To make the process of learning easier there is need of working
effectively for enhancing proper working environment (Birch, and et.al., 2018).
2.1 Aims and structure of key qualifications in specialist area
For the business teacher it is important to have bachelor degree for becoming specialised
teacher in the institution of education. For the business teacher it is also important to have
certificate and work experience in subject of business management or becoming specialist
teacher in area of specialism. The Master degree can be acquired after bachelor degree in
particular subject. There is also need of having proper licence and certifications that helps in
showing that person have several skills in education, leadership, counselling, technical college
education, reading education etc. By having all these qualifications can help individual in
developing its career field in specialised area of business management along with all the tasks
and assignments can be perform effectively. To become expert teacher proper qualification
structure is required so that a person can work as expert in organisation. The aim of business
management teacher is to have proper education qualification as they are required to make
development and effective change in curriculum which is used in education process of institute.
The aim of business teacher is to teach basic elements of business to students in middle, high and

post-secondary school. The objective of business teacher is to teach course on marketing
principles, business operations and business finance. Creating projects designed to enhance
understanding.
2.2 Aims and structure of learning programmes in own specialist area
The learning program in the education have several aims in the subject of business
management. The learning program purpose is designed for developing skills, knowledge and
attitude. In student life it plays an important role as learning program are designed in such way
that helps students to have proper learning. Being teacher of business management learning
program in education assist student to have focus and necessary for their growth and
development. The skill of employee is boosted with the learning program and design for
focusing on curriculum requirements of students (Boss, and Larmer, 2018). The skills are
developed by the learner which makes students more efficient in their studies. The learning
program in business management take use of the particular structure in order to meet the aims of
learning program effectively. This structure is followed in learning process which helps in
meeting the goals of education and training. The structure which is used in the learning process
within specialised areas of business management comprises of pragmatic skills and habitual
practices that creates effectiveness foe learning processes.
2.3 Explain how own approach to planning and preparation for the delivery of a learning
programme.
The most important perspective is Planning and preparation which leads over developing
better learning outcomes from various programs. This is one of the most important perspectives
which is required for making business management more effective part of learning. Being a
teacher, I use range of steps in creating learning program for developing products for the learner.
In developing of learning process several steps are considered such as need of learning process is
analysed for planning effective process of learning for learner (Engkizar, and et.al., 2018). To get
better result in learning programme review is considered in process of learning. To keep learning
process as per requirement and needs of students all objectives are developed in learning process.
The specific learning program in business management is designed according to needs and
requirement of learner which also encompasses proper practices that involved in learning
program. For evaluating the effectiveness of learning program evaluation process is performed.

This is how proper structure in learning process is followed that offers better opportunities and
improves range of practices in learning process of business management as specialism area.
3.1 Analyse the inclusiveness of own approach to the planning and preparation of a learning
programme in own specialist area
It is important for the business management teacher to consider range of approaches in
planning and development of inclusive learning of education sector organisation. The use of
approaches helps teachers in improving the entire impact of learning process on students. The
common approaches which are used are known student, implementation of knowledge in
education system, considering of inclusive practices in curriculum designing, developing of
flexibility and changes are made accordingly, focusing on retention & good work placement. All
such approaches can be implemented in the inclusive learning process so that there can be
improvement in the learning ability of students & challenges which are faced by them. The
student understanding that it is important for business management teacher in order to develop
effective curriculum for students and collection of information helps in meeting learning goals
quickly, better understanding is developed regarding knowledge in students by using in
curriculum development process (Germer, and Neff, 2019). The aim of business management
course is to develop business appreciation and role of management in planning, decision-making,
directing. It helps the students to take up responsibilities. I mainly design the curriculum, prepare
notes and plan the programme which helps for carry out business and management studies.
3.2 Explain how own approach to the planning and preparation of a learning programme in own
specialist area through new technologies.
Planning and preparation in learning programme through new technologies had a great
effect in the process as students learn differently today. Interacting with students had become
easier because of technology. The learning programme with technology can be started with
strategic plan where skill development be in academic plans. There is use of different
technologies in the education system which are implemented as innovation and creative practices
in organisation. Several aspects of education system changes through emerging of new
technologies (Glendenning, 2018). The positive improvements in the society is generated by
implementing technologies in education system and improves the student the learning in more
effective way. Being teacher of business management, I will take use of technology provides
online classes to students. The technologies which I will use in education system are digital

education, artificial intelligence, information system, exam management system. In education
sector I will take use of all such technologies for improving the learning goals of students. Along
with this several assessment programs I will provide to learner to assess the progress in
education system.
4.1 Analyse ways in which business management and learning resources, including new and
emerging technologies, meet the individual needs of learners in own specialist area.
The use of advance technology in education system in the specialism area of business
management helps in improving the learning of students and system of education. There can be
use of block chain technology and assessment process in education system for improving the
effectiveness of business management. The use of online learning is effective process for
assessing education from remote area. Several assessment programs are also rendered to learners
that offers range of courses to learners (Goos, and et.al., 2020). The new technologies change the
business management style which is requited by teachers to adapt these changes in teaching.
Being a teacher of business management, a teacher needs various kinds of material in teaching
course like case studies, notes, audio or visual recording etc. I also use software’s like Moodle,
Koohot to provide learning in an interesting way. The other digital technologies like zoom and
skype to conduct online classes as per student convenience. Through power point presentation
typical topics can easily be conveyed to the students and they can easily get the idea of the topic
very easily. There is a need of good internet connection which does not cause any obstruction in
teaching.
4.2 Analyse the inclusiveness of own use of business management and learning resources in a
specialist area.
The business management is a vital activity which encourage and make students learn
about various fields of knowledge and skills. It require appropriate resources which will helps to
meet the needs of students, solve their doubts, provide assistance for further knowledge
regarding subjects. In the education area the inclusive learning and business management is
complex process for implementing several approaches (Korda, 2019). I take use of several
strategies for improvising the effectiveness of learning process in students and international
principles are used for developing inclusive practices that helps me in attaining the goals of
learning practices. In business management process I take use of instructions for reducing the
complexity in dealing different students. I will also focus on process related to classroom

environment in business management process and focusing on culture in classroom for
developing positive working environment.

5.1 Liaise with others within a specialist area to develop own practice
The most important element in business management and learning in all the effective
management and the sales business management studies is the incorporation within which the
liaison are generally being required to manage the specialisation in the individual group project.
This helps in effectively managing the growth and the system within which the enhancement of
the knowledge and the death learning can be gained (Donthu, Kumar and Pattnaik, 2021).
Companies usually have to take the liaison so as to maintain the collaborative participation and
the general learning programmes. The two important types of learning are the internal and the
external in which the internal involves all the team meetings, team leaders, lecturers, tutors and
the other assistance who help out the student to manage their work effectively. As the sales and
business management is a vast topic sand this eventually creates a boredom to the students in so
many ways sop the external liaison like the institutions, specialist highly trained, extern al
educators and the other subject wise staff members work to manage the decorum of the external
environment (McCune, 2019).
Some of the major business management and the promotional strategy which are used to
manage the students to draw attention in their diploma courses and also to strategies their future
working. In order to manage all such the promotional campaigns, different learning events and
programs are to be undertaken so as to learn about the scenarios and the strategies which are
needed to manage the growth in the product, price, place and promotion. All the examiners help
out to provide the basis and the proper training as with which they develop the skills and also
liaison are needed to maintain the specialisation with the effective business management
techniques and targets. The student’s wok on the technical arrows and try to learn all the
adoptive culture with which they prepare the brochures, online campaigns and the other
enhanced activities (Zhang, and Jin, 2020). While working as a teacher, I discovered a number of
things that are really significant and beneficial for both the teacher and the pupils in order to gain
knowledge. I attempted to establish contact with other teachers and trainers in the same field.
While teaching classes on Zoom, I am constantly attempting to improve my technological skills

while also learning new words in order to motivate the students to whom I offer business
management classes. In addition, I attempt to form relationships with my peers and senior
teachers in order to assess my strengths and weaknesses as a teacher and as a human being. I
attempt to identify new possibilities and challenges that may be overcome by leveraging my
strengths, and I aim to form close bonds with students at school.
5.2 Review the impact of liaison with other teachers and trainers within own specialist area on
own practice.
The term Liaison complies with all the important activities with which the institutions,
experts and the peers work in order to manage the support and also to provide the appropriate
knowledge to gain the effective field. Business management is the most important concept in
which the organisational work is been idealised. The importance of business management of
business management have certain advantages which are like:
 Flow of information and distribution of work: in order to maintain the reputation of
the institution and also to address and manage the working according to complied nature
the external Liaison are majorly being required which involves all the information flow
of variable subjects and also emphasise on the new training and working with which the
enhancement of the knowledge can be attained. All such activities are strengthening for
me as being a teacher of business management. addressed to maintain the support of the
experts and the focus pan the compliance nature (Sharma, Pinto, and Kumagai, 2018).
 Making Alternative strategies: this is mainly to develop all the aletrnati8ve option
available for the institution and also to teach the students to be ready for all kind of
situation with an alternative backup plan. This keep and manage the confident and also
help in acquiring the motivated personality of the students. This is my weakness that I
could not make effective strategies due to which I lack in preparing vital planning for
teaching.
 Incorporation of various skills: In order to manage the growth in all the sectors there is
seen that the companies will have to generally work in accordance with the nature and
also with the Liaison as that helps in attributing to maintain the encouragement with the
skills and the personal growth. Students while developing the Liaison gains the effective
growth and personality and also maintain the capabilities with which the academic
enhancement can be applied. So to manage the growth and also to make the students

capable for all such situations there is needed that they will get effective training
sessions, programs to be learned and the workshop, events to be managed. This involve
all the cooperative skills and Liaison maintain the personal relation to be managed by
focusing on the training and better communication with the students regarding the issues
being faced.
 Designing programmes: In order to give the students a better exposure there is been
seen that an effective development of programs is being managed this help out to address
and implement the current scenarios and the strategies through which the students will
learn the creative thinking capabilities. The external liaison generally tries to manage
different kind of investing fest, campaigns and the other workshops through which the
instituters can be traced and can make the growth by expanding their technical
knowledge regarding then business management areas (Stern, 2018).

6.1 Review the effectiveness of own knowledge and skills in a specialist area
As them seems to be important to emerge all the students and also to gain their attention
towards the subject. I being the business management teacher tries to engage all the students in a
diversified manner by business management them thorough case studies, practical questions,
flow charts and all the models required (Taguchi, and Kim, 2018). I involve the students in
different scenarios in business management with which they will be able to enhance their critical
thinking approach. As it is important to manage the control I tries to engage them all with real
world examples that intrudes them to manage the growth and success.

which the effective nature and working can be managed is through collaborative working,
attending events and programs. I will try to learn about all the necessary modern technological
advancement in order to gain the information and also to improvise the learning capability. I
will opt the online education to be grown in better manner (Yip, and et.al., 2019). I will improve
my interactive and communication skills through involving more in curriculum areas of teaching.
I have opportunity to take support from liaison and others. This shows that, there is necessary
improvements in developing key skill. It will help in overcoming with my weak areas like poor
strategic planning.
CONCLUSION
From the above it can be concluded that business management in the education system is
very important that helps in providing several knowledge and develop the capabilities and skills
of individual. The education helps in its self development and growth. For both teacher and
student business management is effective as several learning program, curriculum development
