effective teams and the team leadership which can increase the
organisational performance. The working in a team help in
increasing the performance and enhances in the development of
the individual. As the individual perspective mind-sets in been put

are independent from one another and have individual accountability. On the other
hand it is identified that team members share mutual accountability and work closely

assigned by the leader. There is a difference between team and working groups as a
leadership which is very important for the leaders to get a collective collaboration
between its team members so that they can achieve the goals in objectives of the
business organisation

understanding and achieving the goals in objectives in an effective and efficient
